Unreliable

They wrote I did not have to pay import taxes to Switzerland if the item would be returned to them to the Netherlands. But the bill for the import taxes came to me and they do not intent to pay them, despite my sending them their own email as proof.
Unreliable.

Their reply to my review does not reflect the facts. It was not in their site that import taxes to Switzerland had to be paid. They explicitly wrote in an email that these taxes did not have to be paid upon returns.

Thank you for placing your review.
We have indicated several times that you certainly have to pay taxes if you live in Switzerland as this is not part of the EU. It is true that if you return something you do not have to pay taxes again, but if you order something new again, of course you do have to pay taxes as well. This is also clearly stated on our website. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Unjustified further payment requests

Despite having transferred the right payment and sending them copy of the transfer and their bill, they request further payments that are not justified.

No reimbursement after 13 days, when it should be 3-5 days

HI, it was my first time purchasing from you. The sizes were not right, I returned the items and now it is taking at least 13 days to get the reimbursement +50% to be able to shop again.
Until the reimbursement, all was perfect. The reimbursement part is discouraging and puts into question your reliability as a commercial partner.
