Really bad customer experience and service
My husband ordered one product and we receive that product twice. Then we wrote in the contact form that they made a mistake because we just order one and we just pay for one according to our bank. They told us that they will pick up at home that week the product because it was a mistake.
Two weeks after, we called because nobody came to pick up the product. They told us that they have no email or anything from us and they took the money from the second product from our bank. I explained to them the situation and their answer is that they will report to the IT team but we have to go to Hermes to return the product and then they will give us the money back in 2 weeks. They made the mistake and customer pays for it... really bad service!!!
So the website is not working properly when you buy a product and they have a miscommunication problems in the customer service department. Be careful if you order something ... I will never do it again!!
