Do not trust this company ! They say they have delivered parcels when they haven’t. They can’t provide photographic proof. The couriers probably just go through the list and marked all as delivered!... See more
They said parcel has been delivered but I haven't got it. Customer service not answer for emails.

When i'm waiting for a parcel with…
When i'm waiting for a parcel with hermes most of the time it was good and have had no problems. But this time they did my head in, when i wasnt at home even saying to the driver on the phone to deliver it to my neighbours at said numbered address. Twice they tried to deliver and said the nieghbours werent home. Which is aload of cr*p, becuase theyre a retired couple and only go out together on weekends. Since the parcel was a dash cam and i needed it for insurance purposes ASAP, ill definitely complain to there customer services aswell.
Parcel left on steps in the street - stolen!
Apparently my parcel was left in my “enclosed porch” but I DON’T have an enclosed porch, merely steps onto the street. The photo clearly shows that it was left at the top of these steps, from where it has obviously been stolen!!!
It’s come from the US (Pitney Bowes) who then obviously chose Hermes / Evri as their UK courier. Going to make sure I insist on “signed for” in future!
Sellers be aware
I am filled with dread when I see that my parcel is to delivered by Hermes or Evri. The latest one has been stuck "on it's way to your courier" for 6 days now without any change. I can't understand why anyone uses them.
Norwich customer
T00D7A0108505521. You received my parcel 5 days ago. I'm still waiting for you guys to deliver my parcel. I was advised 3-6 days from the retailer. 8 days and counting. Wow. Shocking.
Horrible service
Horrible service, absolute disaster, they don't care about their customers at all and they lie.
Delivery of wardrobe, double bed, chairs and washing machine was scheduled for today between 13:00 and 18:00 h, with assembly service. Appointment was confirmed last week by phone and subsequently by e-mails - sent by Hermes to me.
They never showed up. I called customer service three times - at 15:18 h, at 16:26 and at 18:30. The first time I was told that they are on their way and the delivery/assembly team would be calling me shortly. The second time I was told that they are running late, but everything would definitely be delivered and assembled today, even if it is after 18:00 h. The third time I was told "Sorry, we won't be delivering your stuff today, our teams don't work late". Supposedly they will be calling me tomorrow morning to tell me when it suits them to delivery the things I paid for months ago. To add insult to injury, the live tracking links included in their confirmation mails to me are claiming they came to the delivery address at 20:54 h, which is an absolute lie.
Why are Hermes so bad at delivery
Why are Hermes so bad at delivery? I thought their job is to deliver stuff and not to lose them! I bought stuff on Amazon via Prime delivery and they sent it via Hermes. what a big mistake. several days after promised delivery still have not received it and I needed these urgently for work. What a joke! the tracking history keeps saying out for delivery and then... sorry couldn't be delivered! Amazon are going to refund my money but they should learn their lesson and never EVER use Hermes again.
Left in the bin with no card but time to take a photo
I ordered a child's Wigwam from America and thought it was taking a while, when I looked I had received an email to say it had been delivered on February 22nd and left in a safe place. I queried this on the automated chat (the only contact I could find) and was sent a photo as proof of delivery of the cardboard box with Wigwam enclosed I assume in my recycle bin. I was left no card to say it had been left there so along with the rest of the recycling, it went to the tip on the following morning. I understand you are busy, but no time to leave a card saying you left the parcel in the bin, but you had time to take a photo to prove you delivered. Not a lot to ask when you are paid for the service. I am not in the habit of sifting through my bins just in case. 2 disappointed children will now have to wait while a replacement comes if it actually makes it to the door.
Had a parcel booked for delivery today…
Had a parcel booked for delivery today @ 12pm was notified it would now be 3pm. Hasn’t arrived and checked tracking to find it now won’t be delivered today and will only find out new delivery on the next working day. This happens with Hermes all to often. Very poor service.
Avoid At All Costs - it's a shame there is not a zero stars button
Automated online responses following me trying to complain about a parcel that was never delivered to my address. A few days later a further incident with the driver when they put a new case of water over the back gate striking my son on the knee causing injury. Complete refusal from them regarding responsibility, diabolical customer service, and a moral compass that so screwed up that I doubt the CEO could find his way to the carpark at the end of a working day unaided.
Absolutely dismal excuse for courier…
Absolutely dismal excuse for courier company...how this scam of a company is still in business I do not know...poor service...impossible to speak to a human being about anything...avoid avoid avoid
Absolutely horrific
Absolutely horrific. No ability to get in touch with customer service. Just totally inadequate automated systems. If you don't sort this out, I trust you will go out of business. I would strongly urge any businesses thinking of using Hermes to deliver their parcels use an alternate provider that offers a better service.
Hands down the worst delivery companies…
Hands down the worst delivery company in London. Just a few minutes ago I stood right infront of my house waiting for a delivery and I got an email saying I wasn't at home so it will be delivered another day. One time the delivery guy even stole my stuff and I had to make police reports before I could get the stuff resent by the store. No matter what you do don't use Hermes. When I buy from online and they send my delivery by Hermes, I never buy from them ever again because Hermes makes life hell Everytime they gave to deliver something. HERMES IS THE WORST!!! PERIOD!
Worst, Unreliable Delivery Company Around
Placed an order with Holland & Barrett for food supplements. I paid extra for next day delivery (I wasn’t aware they used Hermes). But no matter. Had been receiving updates all day about the delivery to tell me there was a delay. The last update said they would delivery between 18:30 and 20:30.
The next message I received was around 7:30pm to tell me their driver tried to deliver but there was no one at home to take the delivery off them, and no safe place to leave it.
These are outright lies. I was at home. I never left my home all day waiting for these chancers to make the delivery. Barefaced doesn’t come near. If a company uses Hermes for their deliveries, avoid for your own peace of mind. They are a woeful, unprofessional and shoddy outfit.
I dread a delivery from Hermes
I dread a delivery from Hermes, every time I place an online order with a supplier that uses Hermes. This time I am waiting on two orders from Superdry. Hermes Tracking says that they have both packages but there is a "delay with delivery". This has been nearly a week with no change to the status. There is no human to contact so I just get a generic answer to my queries. This happens every time I expect a delivery from them. I have now lost count.
Looking at all the negative reviews, I wonder why any supplier uses Hermes for their deliveries.
Garbage company
Order from Amazon delivery by Hermes. Received no notice of it being out for delivery, no delivery window.
First notice I had was on Amazon website saying it had been delivered to my porch and signed for by me.
I was in all day and having checked the porch which is none existent it's just a shallow recess open to the elements with mine and my neighbors door in it, there was nothing there. I also signed for nothing. No proof of delivery i.e a photo or the like.
Emailed seller to investigate. Awaiting response.
Hermes = garbage
I won’t bother writing the details of…
I won’t bother writing the details of my Hermes experience because everybody has done an excellent job of highlighting what has happened to me. Worst thing is VINTED is colluding with them and just keeps asking me to wait.
I live in a rural location but that is not the problem it is the lack of care and the ‘system’ which backs up the lies.
I just do not understand how they can get away with it.
From this point on I will only buy online if Hermes are not the couriers
Non-existent service
I live miles away from a Hermes shop so I opted for home collection for the return of my parcel to Marks and Spencer. I have waited in every time they email to say they are going to collect on three occasions, but they never arrive. As others have said, this company is appaling and its customer service non-existent. I will never buy in future from any company that uses them, including M&S. I wish I could give them less than one star.
The worst delivery company out there...
The worst delivery company out there...
Our local driver AGAIN... said we were not in... whilst we were in our living room... beside the front door
Dreadful
Then you try and contact hermes, which is completely impossible. You can use a chat service which only asks you questions it can answer.
Please online shops ... stop using them
No stars is the prefered option!
It goes to show just how bad this company is when you search Trustpilot and find so many of their websites now closed! Why does any firm use them? they are terrible! I had 2 orders before Christmas due to be delivered by them, the first one was left outside without ringing the bell. Fortunately, I saw the delivered email and found it outside on the path! I was not so lucky with the second one! I saw the email a few hours later and when I looked outside there was nothing. Again no ringing of the bell. What is a matter with these people? Do they go out of their way to employ cretins? The photo they took to show they had delivered it was a blurred mess and did not even show the parcel. Their response was that they would talk to the courier and that I should get in touch with the sender! Laughable! Why don't firm stick with reliable firms like the Royal Mail, DPD or DHL? I will never buy from another firm that uses Hemes! You have been warned!
They can't find a simple address!!
They can't find an engineering business with 30 employees two days in a row. Every other courier has no problem. Then you can't speak to anyone.
