We have been with this company since late 2023, when moving office we needed a separate health and safety assessment carried out. When calling them, off the bat they stated it would be over £600 for the same assessment we recently had in the prior venue. The prior assessment itself took around 2 hours, so alarm bells began to ring so swerved that at all costs.

Then we contacting them for some support with our upcoming CQC inspection, we have been promised and promised support with having a document looked at by a CQC specialist who is a senior member of staff, all empty promises. Advised we would get a call back, this has now been 2 month with no such calls returned - despite the fact that we are signed up to the CQC Pro element. Despite several calls to them in this time it's clear they just want the money and bare basic support given in return. Having seen all the complaints on here, I have however seen that they have hidden an auto renew contract element in the contract, so it will definitely be a letter of cancellation 1 month before it ends from us. Avoid this company at all costs, as well as I can guarantee they won't act on this review to correct their poor service.

Automated online responses following me trying to complain about a parcel that was never delivered to my address. A few days later a further incident with the driver when they put a new case of water over the back gate striking my son on the knee causing injury. Complete refusal from them regarding responsibility, diabolical customer service, and a moral compass that so screwed up that I doubt the CEO could find his way to the carpark at the end of a working day unaided.

I had a loan from them, things were going well until Covid19 understandably hit us all. Contacted their customer service team, after being advised that a payment break is an option due to being off of work. Following this, they added a payment arrangement on my credit file rather than the agreed payment break being in situ, also after clearing any back balance, they still had this applied on my file 9 months later that I was in a specialist arrangement - impacting my credit file despite complaints. This has only just been removed from my file, so it's safe to say I won't EVER be a customer again.

I purchased a new tracking system, and upon setting it up I had a few teething problems. I made a call to the customer service number, and it's fair to say they could not do enough to help, and within ten minutes I was up and running. Over the moon with the result. Thanks again.

Physically seeing a member of the Southend on sea high street store asking a homeless man to leave when a good hearted member of the public bought him some food, the food and drink was paid for so where was the harm in letting him consume it in the same store it was bought. Been with this company a few years now, same persistent fault. Despite narrowing down the frequency of the fault it still persists. Everytime they try to dismiss the point and just offer credit to the account, would definitely not join if I had my time again and the knowledge from this site, will definitely be taking my mobile phone's in April and broadband as well as landline in August elsewhere once out of contract.
