Great tour company!!!

We had a wonderful experience. We've travelled with Rabbies before so we knew how good they are. This time we chose the 5 day trip to Orkney and it was out of this world! Seeing all the sights and scenery was great but what made it so special was our driver and guide Jim. He was so knowledgeable and always ready to crack a joke. Nothing was too much trouble for him and was always able to answer our questions. We look forward to our next Rabbies tour and hopefully have Jim as our driver again.

Delivery was due yesterday but apparently we were out! We wernt! They left a card! No they didn't! Delivered today, well I say delivered, we found it in our garden despite being in again!

Far superior to other budget airlines!

We recently flew, for the first time, with Jet2 and we're pleasantly surprised.
The ground staff and flight crew were all very helpful and more relaxed compared to other budget airlines. The flight service was efficient and we got our pre ordered meals promptly.
The whole booking process was seamless and straight forward and it was nice to be able to check in days before so we didn't have to worry about checking in for our return flight.
We will use Jet2 again wherever possible

Octopus are the best provider I have ever had. Easy to get in touch with and responsive to queries.
I used to change my provider at the end of each contract but no more. I am more than happy to stay with Octopus!

Review of The Essence Vault

Overall Disappointed

I have tried many 'inspired by' scents and none have been that good. So I tried Essence Vault as they seemingly have a lot of positive reviews. I purchased 341 'oud wood' intense! On check out I had an offer to buy more at a good discount which I took advantage of. The bottles arrived fairly fast and I eagerly unwrapped them and tried a few squirts. Quite close to the original though maybe not as intense as I thought it might be. It lasted an hour or so and I need to top it up. Still, a bargain even if I had to re-spray every hour, the original lasts a good 8 hours. However, what I found was that the scents aroma deteriorated in the bottle over time and after a couple of months just had a chemical smell. Worried, I tried the other bottles I had purchased only to find they too had this chemical smell. So my advice is if you have to buy this, use it very quickly and only buy one bottle. My purchase was about a year ago so I have given it a good trial.
Update: I have had some advice from Essence Vault who recommend shaking the bottle if it hasn't been used for awhile. They have also offered to send me some samples to try. I cannot fault their customer service and I hope I will have better luck with the samples.
Taking the customer care into account I've added a star!

I got the reinforced clothes rail with…

I got the reinforced clothes rail with the large wheel and its great for the market. Just a couple of points
1. I have to dismantle the rail for transport but with the reinforcer bar on the wheels one can't remove the bottom bar. Needs redesigning.
2. It would be very helpful to be able to buy spare parts other than wheels.

Beyond useless!!

Beyond useless!!! This company is no more than a scam!!! My delivery says its out for delivery! Its said that for 6 days. Bloody useless! They were highlighted on the BBC again this week and some idiot of a manager says he didn't recognise any complaints! No wonder Ofcom voted them worst company of the year. Robbing B*st*rds would be a more appropriate name for them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Rubbish customer service in shops!

I needed to replace my light tan 'Archie' brogues! As I don't like getting shoes online I paid a visit to Grenson near Smithfield Market. So I walked into the shop and saw a young woman busy texting, I assumed it was a customer. After a couple of minutes, she looked up and then got back to finish her text before asking what I wanted! Bloody hell, I thought, shoes obviously! I bit my tongue and asked for light tan brogues. "No," she said, "We ain't got none". I ignored the double negative and asked where I might get a pair. "From another shop," she said before returning to the more important task of texting. A few days later I visited the Jermyn Street branch, and again I asked for light tan brogues. The young lad pointed to a pair that was too dark before finding a pair that were almost the right shape but had a hideous sole that was much lighter and made it look like a casual shoe. I tried them on but wasn't happy! At this point, another somewhat cocky assistant appeared and informed me that they would get darker over the years! Well that's handy, I suppose the fact that I'd hate wearing them all that time didn't come into the reckoning. I left and walked straight into Loakes where an extremely helpful assistant treated me like an adult and found me just what I was looking for! When I pay £300 for shoes I do not expect to be served by assistants that can not be bothered! Goodbye, Grenson! Hello, Loakes!

Do NOT buy

Having been very happy with my 4 head it needed replacing and so I thought I would try the 5 head. BIG MISTAKE! It is more fiddly to clean and clogs up easily. If I don't shave my head for 10 days this attachment can't cope with it. It constantly jams up! I wanted to return it but Amazon only allows a return if it's within a month which isn't a long time to trial something like this. Very disappointed and am seriously looking at cheaper options! After all why pay over the odds for something that is not up to the job.
