Thank you Natalie!

We moved into new build property just over a year ago and prime were appointed the management company for our building. At first they were all good and the service charge was reasonable. But then within a year they changed our building manager three or four times! Nothing was getting done properly for the service charge that we were paying and then after a year they increased the service charge price by 20% for what?! Charging us for nothing! And they demand us to pay 3 months in advance! We have to email them like a million times before we get a response and to get someone fixed god knows when! Our outside car park and communal path lights have been off for a week now and they have not fixed it! Have emailed them few times. No one feels safe walking outside as it is pitch black at night! Why are Prime so bad at managing?! Absolutely disgusting level of service!

Update: Natalie Peck (our building manager) rang me and was very nice and understanding. She is dealing with all the issues. Lights are fixed! And she assured me that she is dealing with all the problems that our building has. Thank you Natalie.

Bunch of clowns!

I have been waiting for my parcel, which is for my working from home and without it I am unable to work, so I stay in today to get this parcel and as I was tracking the driver online, the driver was on parcel number 95 and my parcel was number 100, but then out of nowhere I get a message saying unable to deliver and driver will not come back today and have put a photo as proof which is just a completely black photo. I phoned DPD and after waiting for a while someone answers and checks and told me they will get the local depot to chase the driver and get back to me which they did and told me driver says he is not coming back today. They said driver tried to call me, yes they are correct, my phone rang but for like 2 seconds and by the time I get to my phone he hung up and I tried to call back but no answer. The depot guy said he has had problems with this driver in past. So I am thinking if they have problems why don't they change the driver? I have wasted a day staying home and no one would want to help! I told them get back to your driver and get him to deliver it to me today but they said not possible! So I have rearranged delivery for tomorrow and hoping it wouldn't be another wasted day. This is a very poor service from DPD. If you know your driver has issues and cannot deliver properly, change him. And when speaking with customers please have some respect and try and resolve the problem. DPD drivers have been good most of the times but I have had many issues with them as well. Once they delivered my parcel to a completely different building! DPD please sort your drivers out.
Update 27-10-2022: Yet another wasted day waiting for the DPD driver (a different driver) to deliver my router which I need to be able to work from home. The delivery time was between 4:15 and 5:15 pm and got a message at 4:45 pm with a photo of a different building (can even see the name of the block on the photo which is not our block), saying sorry we missed you. Why are these DPD drivers so stupid? Why don't they phone saying they cannot find the building. If he has phoned me I could have told him we are just round the corner. But no phone call and I phoned DPD and they said they will contact the depot to tell the driver to deliver it today. But after few minutes I get a text saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I phoned them back telling them let me personally go and collect it from depot tomorrow morning but they said no you cannot and has to be delivered to me!
Now I have to wait another day at home, and I bet they won't deliver it tomorrow either.
I am absolutely fed up of these 1d10ts that cannot do their job properly. I tried to complain but they said they don't take complaints and I have to contact the sender. But why the sender? You are the ones that are not doing your job properly.
Honestly DPD are a bunch of clowns and keep fobbing me off. I want my item and need it quick. 3 days of wasted time and loss of work is unacceptable. I am not sure who to complain to! I am absolutely fed up of these id10ts.

Review for Emily Forbes @ Prime PM...

Recently I had a parking charge notice which was done in error by the parking management of our block, I contacted Prime and spoke with Emily Forbes (in absence of our block manager) who was very helpful and contacted and chased them for the error and it was resolved very soon. She has also kept in touch and replies to emails very quickly. Cannot thank her enough for her help. Happy customer here :-)

Lack of good customer service

We recently moved into a new build property and the gas and elect are supplied by BG. I tried o contact them via phone to register but their lines are closed due to high demand on boiler break downs as they say! Had to go through webchat to register which takes aaaaaggggeeeeesssss to get through to someone after many failed attempts! Was promised I would get an email confirming registration which, surprise surprise, didn't get any. back on to chat and was told same again and yet again no email. Have received letters in the post and telling me I am on standard tariffs, tried to change tariff online but there are no better tariffs for me as they say! everything is just awful!

Update (04/01/2023): After my previous review I finally managed to get registered. The Electricity smart meter works fine but the Gas one doesn't (does not send readings - no communication between meter and BG). I contacted them a few months ago to get this fixed. As usual they promised me to get it sorted soon, but nothing has been done. Contacted them today and they say it cannot be fixed remotely and need to send an engineer to change the meter. If I don't chase they wouldn't bother contacting me. They said they don't have any free slots for someone to come and fix it. I demanded to get someone to contact me when slots are available. Hoping that they will, but I doubt it!

Why are Hermes so bad at delivery

Why are Hermes so bad at delivery? I thought their job is to deliver stuff and not to lose them! I bought stuff on Amazon via Prime delivery and they sent it via Hermes. what a big mistake. several days after promised delivery still have not received it and I needed these urgently for work. What a joke! the tracking history keeps saying out for delivery and then... sorry couldn't be delivered! Amazon are going to refund my money but they should learn their lesson and never EVER use Hermes again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars!

Wish I could give ZERO stars!
When buying a car from them they are super friendly but customer services after buying a car is absolutely SHOCKING! Baught a car from them which had a dent on the front bonnet and front bumper. The damage wasn't mentioned on the advert therefore asked them to fix it before i collect the car. They fixed it and all looked good. Got the extra warranty for a year. Have had a few problems with the car since. One fixed under warranty but other not. The paint on the bonnet and bumper have started to faint which shows the poor level of paint job done by them. Tried a few timea to contact them over many days. No one knew who i need to speak to for getting this fixed. Every time was given a name and a promise of call back. Never got any call backs and after days and days of trying nothing! I had to email the head office to complain and after a couple of days got call from sales manager (Jack Nutter). He sounded very rude and a very bad tone saying I should have contacted him direct and not complained to head office. I told him i had no choice cause no one would help. He asked me to take my car in to the branch for a check and approval of the paintwork being not to standard. Took my car in just before Christmas holidays and he had a look and said he will contact me after holidays to arrange the repair. After the holidays i never heard from him therefore emailed him and surprise surprise... no reply! I phoned him after couple of weeks... surprise... he was not at his desk... promised call back but no call back. Emailed him and he said he promised call back by the end of the day but no call back. I phoned the branch and they said he has gone home for the day and is off tomorrow! What a joke and bunch of clowns are these people! Absolutely disgusting and shocking. Wiah i could take the car back and get a full refund. Never ever again going to deal with these clowns. DISGUSTING AND SHOCKING!
