I have been sent a bill for a service I never signed up for and Talk Talk is now threatening to report me to credit reference agencies if I do not pay. James Smith, chief executive, has not acknowledged my emails; and my letter to Sir Charles Dunstone has been ignored. Talk Talk is not signed up to the communications ombudsman, so there appears nothing more I can do. I wish that Trustpilot would introduce a minus stars assessment. Avoid this company like the plague.
