Abysmal customer service

This company has given me the run around for a product I bought 3 weeks ago and has still not received. First they said they would refund me, then they said I had to call the courier to find my order (their job) and finally they said a customer support group would be reaching out to me. Each customer service rep gives me different information every time I speak to them. Completely unorganized/dysfunctional support. *UPDATE* directly after my last call/complaint I received an email saying the product was delivered (which was not true). Nothing was delivered. Waiting on my refund.

Awful service, awful quality

I made an order for two items which were discounted down to $30, then after paying (sure maybe I could have noticed the price changed back) but it jumped back up to $50. Then I also had paid for 2 day shipping and after two business days, nothing had even been processed. So I contacted them to cancel the order as it now wouldn't even arrive before my trip to seattle as promised. I was told they actually place the order through a third party system and there is nothing they can do. Tough luck you are stuck with overpriced items in not the time you were promised them by for an extra fee. Like WTF, I didn't know there was a third party, I didn't hire them, you did! The service agent was awful and unhelpful from the start. Can't stand how terrible customer service has become. What happened to our world? Fanatics suck, their quality of their own goods is awful, their customer service is awful, their style is awful. Sports merch would be a much better place without them.

Processing and shipping is a joke

I ordered a hat on October 6th and was told it would ship by the 13th but it didn't shp so asked customer service when it was going to ship and now they are saying it's not shipping until the 22nd
Now I am trying to get the order canceled and that is just another uphill battle
This company truly sucks

Decent company; TONS of marketing emails

The variety is good. Check sizes on everything because they tend to run small for the most part. Customer service is average. DO NOT sign up for marketing emails unless you want ten emails a day. It takes a week before they stop, only per request. I had to contact customer service about it because it was getting way out of hand! Returns seem a little more difficult than most retailers.

Deceptive return policy

brought a jacket, within 2 hours price changed tried to readjust price since it was still being processed they said couldn't do it, so I brought 2 and was going to return higher price, returned jacket they charged $9.99 shipping fee, original shipping was $4.99, took off discount code and charged tax which came to $14.98, on a jacket I never opened the packaged. deceptive return policy.

Ordered a shirt for my dad's 92nd…

Ordered a shirt for my dad's 92nd birthday, with three weeks to spare. After two and a half weeks, they claimed it had been shipped; UPS said it hadn't. Guess who lied?

This is what happens when sleazy private equity firms run a company. Don't waste your money or your time with these clowns.

Why did they allow me to purchase an out of stock item? Why did it take them 9 days to realize this?
