Spoke to a gentleman named Isaiah Lee…

Spoke to a gentleman named Isaiah Lee this morning a customer service representative from fanatics, let me just tell you not only was he professional. He was also a personable. It was a delight to talk to him this morning as a small business owner myself I would take great pride and knowing that I had a Person working for me like Isaiah .Thank you Isaiah for handling my order situation and question that I had will continue to use this company for years to come because of people like Isaiah. He deserve, deserves a raise a position upgrade or something seriously, this guy is great.

Worst company

Worst company! We started with them months back and started off great until they were bought out by another company, they automatically changed our water from Mountain Spring to Purified Water without saying a word until we noticed the water quality didn’t taste right. Tried contacting them and after two days I finally got customer service on phone. She was suppose to schedule the right product for today being a week out also was suppose to be a free delivery and have credits to my account .. well today I got a notice that the payment declined $130 which is impossible so here we go again no water delivery no water at our house and the free delivery is $130 that also states due July 1st and today is June 18th so they canceled delivery for no reason and said a delivery will be the 23rd now…. So another 5 days so almost two full weeks!!! This is the worst company to work with and with their buy out I’m sure they are losing a lot of business!! Oh and last two deliveries out of 6 jugs that I paid for 5 were good due to broken jugs leaking down my drive way!! When they are suppose to deliver to porch instead of being in direct sun all day not to mention the delivery guy damaging water jugs. We will be calling tomorrow sense they no longer have after hours customer service. Will be finding a new company this has been a nightmare

This company is by far the worst…

This company is by far the worst unreliable company to use for any occasion, I ordered almost $200 worth of flowers and chocolate for my wife for Valentines Day that was suppose to be delivered monday the 10th, it was delivered at 9:50am to someone else not my wife so I called them they were suppose to send same thing again 2 days later and never did, I called again and they said the florist ran out of stock and he promised me once again the delivery will for sure be here the 14th now and he would send tracking, as im on the phone today they have no tracking and said to call at 5pm if it doesn't get delivered! this is Valentines Day and no guarantee it will be delivered also said they would send a 30% credit to me and never did. I will never use this company or recommend anyone to use them. You cant understand their call center as they are in India!!!!! DONT USE THEM THEY WILL NOT DELIVER
