Love so much we bought another

Love that I can rep my favorite teams and protect the recliners. Love them so much we bought a second set of four. Good quality manufacturing. Easy to clean. Depending on the season, we rotate between the Dodgers and the LA Rams. The only thing that bothers me is that they slip off when in use. Constantly pulling the top back over the headrest, which means the covers for the arms slip off. A little awkward if you have company over. Maybe I'm using them incorrectly. However, when guests walk in to the door they are always amazed at the seat covers. Then they sit in them and aren't as wowed anymore because they slip off the top and the arms.

These do stay very clean though and the stitching is great. It's a design flaw that I'm not sure how to fix so we live with it because we love these so much. Love them so much we bought two sets. (LA Diodgers and then we bought LA Rams), covers the awful peeling from those cheap Ashley Furniture sofas.

Falling apart in less than 30 Days, Vegan Leather aka plastic

Fell apart in less than 30 Days. Ordered August 30, received the bags on Sept 8, yes I spent over $300. By September 26 the mini clutch was unraveling at the seams. I can stick my finger through the hole between the zipper and the bag. So, no it's not even secure. When I complained, I was offered a $30 discount on my next purchase.

Why? Because the purchase was marked delivered on September 5 and by October 1 their factory was no longer taking claims. So why would I want to purchase another shytie bag?

I was going to give them away as gifts, but not now. I'm not going to embarrass myself.

I'm pretty sure this is NOT a black-owned business. 1)A sistah should know how to give a proper return. Do better. 2) Who is JOE? Why does the shipping label say JOE instead of Afroyla?

Save yourself. Find an actual Black-owned business IRL to support that makes quality products instead of excuses.

Poor quality -- The graphics are stamped on, and these are not durable bags. Less than 30 days the color in the creases are wearing down. The so-called fine-leather looks as cheaply made as the "vegan leather" aka plastic leather. The fine leather doesn't even smell like leather.

Received this as a gift card and worked exactly as described. Added to my Apple Wallet and I was even able to make a purchase online. Akimbo was quick to give me alerts my balance. I have no complaints.

Worked Like They Said, But Status On Tax Came Late

Everything worked like they said it would. The glasses looked just like the picture, but no progressive vision, just single vision. The style and quality were awesome. The order took about 13 days to complete after payment. However, Otticanet.com did say they would pay for customs fees, if I was charged. Well, I was charged in August, I completed their online duty refund form and presented a copy of my invoice, but that was in September, it is now November and I did not know the status. However, after reading this post they replied immediately. It would have been nice, though, to have received a a status email when the credit was made, similar to the communication received when I placed the order. I would definitely recommend them and I would purchase from them again.

Lived up to Expectations and More

I received an email confirming the appointment and a text on the day of the appointment. The technician called to let me that he ewas closer to arriving near the end of the 2 hour arrival window. However, he called early enough for me to run a few errands before his arrival. He was pleasant, professional and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. He said since I was a new customer, he even threw in a few extras. I would highly recommend Serviz to my friends and family.
