Processing and shipping is a joke

I ordered a hat on October 6th and was told it would ship by the 13th but it didn't shp so asked customer service when it was going to ship and now they are saying it's not shipping until the 22nd
Now I am trying to get the order canceled and that is just another uphill battle
This company truly sucks

Order processing is a slow joke

The amount of time it takes for an order to process and ship is absolutely ridiculously slow and pathetic
I'm definitely not ordering from them again
