Trusted Carvana and their partner, big mistake!

Just bought a 2025 Kia K4 from Carvana, should of seen how happy I was watching them drive my new car in it looked great. Funny thing is it looked just as good 2 days later when sum random ass tow guy is taking me home with my 2025 Kia on the flatbed because the engine gave out on the highway. Cost me 100 bucks to get it towed because Carvana wouldn't help me 2 days after I bought the car from them they said you bought the warranty so call them. Silver Rock(also bums and suck at their job) said it's a mechanical issue we can't help you. So there I am brand new car stuck on I-80 and nobody will help me. All Carvana has to say is we will pick it up sometime Monday between 8 and 8 so now on top of getting a rental because I have no car I now have miss a day of work to return their shitty car. Best part is their gonna put that car right back on their website and sell it to the next sucker, don't let it be you! I'm so tired of these big companies sweeping the consumer under the rug like "there are plenty more where you came from" where is the accountability? who is protecting us from these companies and their shady business practices?

Update on my Fanatics order

This is an update to a negative review I wrote about Fanatics last week, I was upset because I spent over $500 on an order and then I was told it was delivered at 2am on a Saturday and no picture was taken. Of course I was angry and made that known to Fanatics and all I was told was to wait but after I wrote a review someone immediately reached out and rectified the situation within a couple of days. My only wish is that they would have reached out when I was calling again and again but instead only after I left a negative review for others to see then I mattered. I'm a long time customer and I just expected better treatment initially but in the end I recieved my items and I'm happy again.

Thieves

Nothing but lying thieves who outsource their customer service to foreign people who you can barely understand. They charged me for shipping and used sum shady delivery company I never heard of and now my package is missing and Fanatics customer service just keeps lying to me about helping. Im out over $500 I will never purchase from them again.

It was cool until you guys sent me the same watch back to back...I mean the first time was ok but two of them??..I joined for variety in watches but what do I know
