Poor service
Blocked from ordering from Australia, so ordered from Sweden when there for a month. Said 40% off but they put it back on at the end of the sale under duty and service fees. Bought 6 items, came in 4 different packages, supposed to come between 4 and 10 days, 3 packages came after 3 weeks, 1 package after a month and after I had left Sweden. Also packages not delivered to home address, had to go down town to a shop to get packages.
Jumped on their website to express my disappointment, no direct contact option, dealt with a bot first, finally got to talk to someone from company, broken English and zero comprehension.
Been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
Still missing a jumper, stuck on the other side of the globe.
Very appreciative that fanatics reached out and responded to my query, and reimbursed me for my hoodie and postage, more than I expected.
