Update: Fanatics reached out due to my prior review and offered to replace the damages product. Their commitment to making this right was very admirable and I am very happy with the result.

Minor damage to the product with some threads that were loose. Item was allegedly ineligible for an exchange/refund. Otherwise, product looked good and was comfortable

Ticket times purchased did not match…

Ticket times purchased did not match actual schedules or train numbers. Due to this, we missed the first train on our 3 train schedule resulting in a loss of $150

I would like to inform you that the ticket issued for your journey is by the rail carrier and as I have checked the ticket, it is for the train you had booked. It looks like the departure time for the train may have changed last minute by the rail carrier and this is normally updated on the departure board at the train station.

I see you had contacted us for the refund and we have guided you with claiming with the carrier for your journey.
