Rosie was extremely friendly and helpful but sadly there were no properties or show house available for us to view. We were also disappointed that there are only going to be two bungalows built in the future which is extremely short-sighted of Eccleston Homes. Many senior people want/need to downsize and I sure that many would buy these beautiful homes if only they were available.

Dawn was very helpful and attentive. We viewed 4 types or property and we were provided with all the information we required.

We have had such a lovely experience with Anne Newman at Viscount Green in Horwich. Anne is professional but also incredibly approachable, making the whole process of choosing what will be our ‘forever home’ as stress free as possible. We are still in the early days of our purchase but feel confident about everything so far given her infectious positivity every time we’ve seen her. Nothing is too much trouble, she never rushes any appointment and has so far made what is generally an intense experience really lovely! We’re keeping everything crossed as the development in Horwich is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Anne, you’re an asset to Eccelston Homes!

Eccleston Homes has been a positive experience overall for us. We've been impressed with the standard of their homes and found their customer service to be professional and responsive to our concerns, which gives us confidence in their work. Although we faced some issues with the build, similar to those faced by other homeowners, the team has been supportive throughout the process of rectifying them. Despite some challenges, we are pleased with our new home and believe we will be happy here.

Having recently completed with Eccleston Homes, the experience throughout the process has been fantastic. Anne Newman was highly professional, friendly and approachable with any of our concerns and queries and continually kept us up to date with regular communication. Anne made the process relaxed, fun and stress free.

Post sale the three site managers have been looking after us with regular check-ins and fixing any snags. The overall finish on the property is outstanding.

My wife and I arranged an appointment with Phil, the Sales manager for the site and found Phil to be very knowledgeable about the available properties and their individual specification, plus his knowledge of the surrounding area and facilities was impressive.

My partner and I decided we wanted to move. Ecclestone homes seemed like the perfect fit. It had the right location and size of property we needed. I noticed walking round the show home a lot of minor defects so I decided before I went a head and bought I would speak to residents on some of their previous builds. I was shocked by the stories of incomplete roads, faulty plumbing and what was more concerning the houses had decreased in value. Residents where in general very unhappy. I actually found a link to a snagging expert who reviewed a popular ecclestone home and he found 189 issues, including plumbing the toilet with hot water. Shocking.

Your not allowed to leave links to sites on reviews however if you type Whalley snagsure in a Google search and check the videos you will be majorly disappointed but well informed into what you could possibly be paying for.

If you do anything for your family today avoid this company like the plague.
