Dawn was lovely, she listened to what we wanted and tried her best to get us our dream home. On this occasion the house we wanted was already sold but Dawn did everything she could to see if there was an alternative property for us. She has kindly offered to keep us informed if anything that matches our needs does become available.

Avoid at all costs! I never write reviews and I am so laid back I am almost horizontal but this company caused me to feel stressed. Bought a bed and mattress from the showroom- no issues- given a delivery date for September 2020 - great all going well- received text confirmation that it would be delivered on said day and a time slot. - NO BED - NO CONTACT. Telephoned customer service and was told that only half our bed had arrived from Hong Kong and did I want it or did I want to wait until it was all here. I mean.. why anybody would want half a bed I have no idea. I was so annoyed that nobody had telephoned to explain this prior. Surely they knew the bed had not arrived. Had to book a new delivery date and the earliest it would be delivered was November - this is a bed I bought in august. - right okay November - got text message the Saturday before to say it would arrive and I would receive a text message the day before and a phone call in the morning- no text - no phone call- rang dreams customer service - a glitch in the system - my order has not been sent out for delivery - they would ring me to organise - they never rang - I telephoned three times and spoke to three different people before it was organised for delivery and it took me 4 hours to sort out. The main issue with this company is that the customer service team is terrible, and nobody has any communication skills. Nobody oversees your order to make sure it is organised properly and delivered. Each person works in silo and nothing is passed to any senior management to oversee or if it is they are very poor at managing the logistics. I made a complaint to a customer service representative who said she would pass this on to her supervisor and never heard anything more. I emailed again. No response. The last customer service agent I spoke to I asked to send me an email with my agreed time for delivery- he agreed to do this but I never got my email. There were that many issues with customer services I can’t even be bothered to put them all in the review, it was a catalogue of errors from start to finish. The only bright side was the wonderful delivery drivers whom I applaud for working all day and going to get my order and were still at my house at 8pm. They deserve recognition.

I am very disappointed to hear about the issues you have experienced with delayed deliveries and communication shortfalls. I recognise how inconvenient and annoying these must have been. It is a frustration we share as we are often notified of supply chain delays at very short notice.
While I am delighted that you now have your bed, I would like to review how your order has been handled. Our hardworking customer services team are very dedicated and do everything they can to assist all customers with empathy and professionalism. However, it is clear that you did not benefit from the level of service we expect and your feedback will help us fix any blips.
