We are very happy with our new home from Gleesons.

Stella the sales representative is very knowledgeable and friendly, she has made the whole experience very positive and kept us informed through the whole process so we knew what was going on.

The site manager Rick is very helpful and is always on hand to help with any issues.
I agree with other comments with regards to the attention to detail as we’ve had a few snags that required fixing and still waiting on a few to be resolved.

We’ve been in our new home just short of a month now and overall we are very happy although I’m not sure I would purchase a house with a air source heat pump again with the control panel being in the living room. The living room is small so is always hot and upstairs is freezing which isn’t great when you’ve got two small children. It would have benefited from having a multi zone system so upstairs could have been heated separately.

We have experienced a very pleasurable an easy process when buying our new home at Firbeck Fields.
We were made to feel very welcome by Sue and everything was explained in a very professional manner, the process to expect from start to finish.
Our home demo was very useful and full of information we needed to know about a new build property. The site manager Darren was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly and gave us some great advice.
Overall we are very happy with the whole process, great communication and help from both Sue and Darren throughout.
Highly recommended!!

Alison and Dani were so helpful and knowledgeable. We had an amazing tour of the beautiful homes and felt that we were in safe hands with them.

House was not ready at completion had to spend 3 days in a hotel. Multiple issues, minor but ongoing with the build quality. Shortly before exchange I found out that they had sold 8 houses to a foreign investor, now they have sold a further 40 so far unbuilt. These 8 houses the 'foreign investor' has 'leased' to a rental company nobody signed up for this or was it ever discussed. the housing company I found out by chance from a guy delivering utility goods. Gleesons had no idea who was going to rent them out or control who was going to be put in them. They didn't want to know. The rental company involved rents to 'Vulnerable People' which includes migrants, people off the street, prison leavers, etc so you can see the issue here. This company is 100 miles away no way of contacting them if there was an issue. They are yet to arrive. Gleesons may have shot themselves in the foot. they are not going to be rented to local families as we were told when we complained and our properties will drop in value and be unsaleable. I am stuck attached to one.

We have lived here 2 years now and love it. My daughter has just moved into her first home here too and Peter from sales at Grangemoor Park has been great. Very helpful and welcoming, site managers sorting out one issue with driveway also very kind and helpful.

After a few problems regarding being given miss leading information Gleeson’s staff could not do enough to put the situation right. Making sure I was happy with every step of the experience was kept up-to date with everything that was going on in the house dates etc. fantastic sales team (Jill) and the guys on site are so helpful it’s been a pleasure from start to finish. From start to finish Stella has been really helpful. She guided us through every stage and kept us updated weekly. Come completion Rick was really helpful by telling us everything we needed to know about the house .

We have had an excellent experience with gleeson. From the beginning of the reservation with Amaara, everything has been very smooth. We have visited multiple gleeson sites before reserving at Crown Gardens and everyone has been helpful.

Once we had reserved our plot we were communicated with quickly, efficiently and kept up to date about the stages of the process.

Multiple snags were identified at the home demo, however many of these were corrected before we moved in. The gleeson app also makes reporting further snags easy and efficient. The site manager has also rang us immediately and acted on snags we have reported quickly.

Alex was fantastic on the later end of the process and was super helpful on move in day.

Mauricia she is wonderful, “She is so nice in explaining everything, very patient, and extremely flexible. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through every step. Truly professional and a pleasure to work with!”

We came in just to look around and ended up speaking to the lovely Tina for well over an hour. She was incredibly helpful and honest and guided us in the right direction to what the next steps were.
I would highly recommend buying with Gleesons as their staff seem very professional and very friendly.

Went to have a look around today at some of the show homes and met with Tina who was so amazing and attentive! 100% meant to be in the job she is in. Just a really big thank you to Jodie Hewitson for navigating us through the process, which I can imagine might be onerous for a lot of people our age, we were really impressed with your professionalism, making us relaxed and at ease, with your knowledge and how you put examples over, you made it really easy and explained everything throughout all the steps so we could understand what was required and expected, a special skill, this was tied in with your patience when we were asking a lot of questions sometimes one after another.
