Went there today with the intention of purchasing a Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid and I was turned away because I was asked to fill out a registration card before I could view the car . I offered my home land line number and was told I would not be allowed in unless I gave a mobile number.The problem is I don't use a mobile phone they drive me Nuts so I am on my way to Hilton garage DERBY tomorrow as they have some very nice cars and GUESS WHAT YOU DONT NEED A MOBILE PHONE .

Be careful, brought a car from them, two days later the charging port for phone inside the car breaks out into fire. Called for a manager following fire, NO ONE called. Took in to mecedes to check and fault in charging port and will likely to cause fire again. If I did not notice the fire by chance, (actual flames) the car would be totally gone. They literally couldn't care. Disgusting and will be taking further.

Just purchased my first electric vehicle having never driven one. Went to big motoring world Cannock and was greeted by a polite member of staff who pointed me in the direction of my sales representative. I was taken for a test drive and the vehicle was explained to me in detail showing the representative clearly knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. All the products the company offers were also explained in detail, overall lovely experience and couldn’t be happier.

Sales and choice was great. Unfortunately when it came to picking up the car, not such a great experience.
Was in the showroom for nearly 3hrs and then told to go around the corner to register and tax the vehicle before I could take it away.

Great customer service. Not pushy in any way which was a surprise tbh. Layton who was our salesman was excellent, extremely patient and couldn’t do enough for us. Drove away in a great car the same day.
Will def use again.

There was a good selection on cars, all well priced and in good condition. Always someone on hand to help or assit without pushy sellers. 
I'd suggest investing in a child friendly corner, really helps families during the purchasing process. 
Whilst service from staff was good, as cash buyers the process was long, 3.5hrs.

Even though we spent in total 7hours at motoring world we drove away the same day in our new car😁 The process in getting finance to exchange of vehicles was short and easy for us as a customer… can’t fault everyone involved.

Second week of owning car problems started,got in touch with BMW via email as instructed and was told that they would be in touch within 48hrs.After 4 days and numerous phone calls they finally got in touch telling me that they could book me in 6 weeks time which was no good to me.I asked if I could take it to an independent garage recommended by them and they denied me saying that I had to use their garage.To cut a long story short I've come to the end of my tether and if a manager doesn't ring me Monday morning I will be returning the car under my rights(30 day consumer Rights to reject 2015) and demanding my money back.

Very slow process, we've stayed there for 4 hours, we've been offer a coffee when we arrived, but 3 hours later when Ive asked for coffee and glass of water Ive been told the it's all shut down already. After 4 hours, when weve finally managed to get all the paper work done we've been said the car is somewhere at the front. The whole process was mostly waiting for people from different departments to come and see us, it was a long wait.

Bought a car from these clowns only for a week later when i realised the Electric Merc EQC i bought for £23k with a range of 250 miles on a full charge was only doing around 90 MILES on a full charge , when i requested my money back after a week they told me NO even though another colleague told me you get a 30 days cooling off period.
Not long after there was a strange noise coming from the wheels so took it back to be told theres an issue with the brakes so while i demanded a courtesy car to which i had to argue for 30 mins for one i finally had been given one under duress.
Its been 3 weeks n counting since theyve had my car n i am still waiting considering its a job that normally takes a few hours which i suspect there are more issues than they are saying with the car.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLIWNS AS YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET RIPPED OFF.
When i do take the car to Merc to diagnose the battery if they can't sort it then i will get the Automotive Ombudsman involved.
