Bought a shower tray for £359.95 expecting it to be installed quickly. As things turned out a delay in the build meant we left it in it's packaging to protect it. When it was opened 7 weeks later there was a long crack right through the back. Called for an exchange but Heat&Plumb would not accept any responsibility as item was reported after their 30 day warranty period.
As a gesture of goodwill they offered a minimal discount on a new one. I since checked & other suppliers were selling the item significantly cheaper so the discount offered was worth nothing. Also noted that the item has a 25 year manufactures guarantee but they wouldn't budge on that either.
Won't ever buy anything from them again

We apologise for the order complications. A free replacement for the cracked tray is not possible as the damage was not reported within two working days or 30 days of delivery, nor was it signed for as damaged.
Our 25-year guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not post-delivery damage. As the damage reported over two months after delivery, exceeding our 3-day inspection protocol. Despite this, we offered a discounted replacement with free next-day delivery via our distributor's own van. We regret not meeting your request, but we must follow established protocols. Your feedback will be escalated.
Once again, we apologise for not finding an acceptable resolution regarding the MX shower tray and other retailers' pricing.

Review of RWG Mobile
Really poor service.
Got a new SIM only monthly contract as RWG are on the EE network & my previous operator Plusnet (also on EE) are stopping mobile services so I had to jump.
Porting my number over was fine (took 2 days) but then I couldn't actually use it, no calls or texts. Raised the issue with RWG who said it was escalated to EE but it took 2 weeks to a level of service for both my son & me. Completely without mobile connectivity for 2 weeks is totally unacceptable
Review of Litfad
Absolute rubbish. Long delivery but this was noted. Item received did not accurately reflect what their listing showed, it was a much inferior product which did not operate as it should & had damage.
Raised issue with them stating unhappy & item not as described. They kept trying to offer tiny fraction of cost refund or I send back at my cost & refund would have original delivery cost deducted. Absolute crooks. Fraud written all over their operation.

I tried writing a negative review of one of the dealers (Foxearth Stafford) due to very poor service. The review seemed to be entered OK but it has never shown up on the website. Waste of time.
Review of Formula One Autocentres
All fine apart from the first card details entered it wouldn't accept so had to use a different one. Also need more information on the budget tyres available.
