Second week of owning car problems…
Second week of owning car problems started,got in touch with BMW via email as instructed and was told that they would be in touch within 48hrs.After 4 days and numerous phone calls they finally got in touch telling me that they could book me in 6 weeks time which was no good to me.I asked if I could take it to an independent garage recommended by them and they denied me saying that I had to use their garage.To cut a long story short I've come to the end of my tether and if a manager doesn't ring me Monday morning I will be returning the car under my rights(30 day consumer Rights to reject 2015) and demanding my money back.
