100% … virtu WEST BROMWICH .

I Recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson phev after having a Ford Kuga for 7 years with trouble free motoring I was some what nerves about going down the hybrid root . Fortunately Virtu staff were 1st class at helping me get my head round things a special thanks to Mark Wesson &. Harman for all there help .

Very confusing app .

Just tried to had some premium bonds to my account what a nightmare you try to do this on the app and you can’t you have to either go to your Bank or do it online But it doesn’t state this and the hoops you need to jump through to had money is nuts . And if and when you manage to had money on line it doesn’t go in for the next 2 days and you are left wondering if you have been scammed . KEEP WELL CLEAR .

Don't forget your mobile phone if you have one ?

Went there today with the intention of purchasing a Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid and I was turned away because I was asked to fill out a registration card before I could view the car . I offered my home land line number and was told I would not be allowed in unless I gave a mobile number.The problem is I don't use a mobile phone they drive me Nuts so I am on my way to Hilton garage DERBY tomorrow as they have some very nice cars and GUESS WHAT YOU DONT NEED A MOBILE PHONE .

Keep clear it’s a nightmare.

New to premium bonds and it’s the last time I will ever bother with nsi I have never found anything so complicated in all my life and to get through to speak to a real person not a BOT is virtually impossible. and the amount of pass words you have to remember is crazy and then you have to create a secondary pass number . I had planned to put a lot of money in them BUT NOT NOW . It’s going into ICA .

Impressed with the outcome

2 years ago purchased bathroom blind from Blinds to go this was a grey wood effect witch looked very good with in 10 months it had distorted and was a mess . I contacted customer service's that were very good and replace the blind at no cost . The new blind as been up 12 months and is just as bad .I contacted customer service and sent photos to support what I had said . The outcome is they have issued me with a full REFUND . Many thanks .

Keep being pestered . …

Good washing machine the instruction manual is rubbish and they keep pestering you to take out extra breakdown cover and you don’t need it you get 2 years free breakdown cover with the machine .

Rewards and discount codes don't work .

I have recently placed a review giving a 5 star review but I now have to change this to 3 star not because the perfume is no good it's because they send you a 20% discount code for your Review that when you come to use it it says that it's invalid. And the same for the rewards if you get 3 for 2 you can't use the Rewards code as well . I think it's time to try some other company .

Unable to REACH TAKE A BROOM WITH YOU

Very fast delivery all very clear to understand couldn’t give 5 star as the compartment that the parcel was in was to high I had to ask a stranger to reach it for me there needs to be instructions to say you can get help from the shop if you are unable to reach .

Rusty Radiator.

I recently had a problem with a radiator that I had purchased 2 years ago I rang customer service to ask if it was out of guarantee and was told it was a 10 years guarantee I sent photos and within minutes I was told a new one wold be sent out the next day . Many thanks to Shakeel for sorting this out unbelievable service .

Full of coffin dodgers …

Just back from a weeks stay at this hotel it is not all inclusive it is only part inclusive you have to pay for branded drinks certain ice cream mojito cocktail the food is average I don’t know why they have themed nights as the food is no different it’s the same every night there are loads of trip hazards and loose hand rails the sun bed grassed Area is not looked after and there is cat mess every were . We have been to several 4 star hotels over the last few years and they all include branded drinks in all inclusive . I posted this review on trip adviser and it was taken down the next day I Wonder why . Would I go again No

Miss shaped

These blinds look good when first put up and work well unfortunately after a time they start to loose shape .and 12 months in the Slats are bent all over the place .they are in a bathroom window and not in direct sunlight .

Not the best on the Market look good at the beginning but not now .

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK BLINDS TO GO FOR GETTING IN TOUCH SO QUICK AND SORTING THIS PROBLEM OUT WITH A REPLACMENT BLIND . Many thanks Mike Bird .
