Bought a car from these clowns only for…

Bought a car from these clowns only for a week later when i realised the Electric Merc EQC i bought for £23k with a range of 250 miles on a full charge was only doing around 90 MILES on a full charge , when i requested my money back after a week they told me NO even though another colleague told me you get a 30 days cooling off period.
Not long after there was a strange noise coming from the wheels so took it back to be told theres an issue with the brakes so while i demanded a courtesy car to which i had to argue for 30 mins for one i finally had been given one under duress.
Its been 3 weeks n counting since theyve had my car n i am still waiting considering its a job that normally takes a few hours which i suspect there are more issues than they are saying with the car.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLIWNS AS YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET RIPPED OFF.
When i do take the car to Merc to diagnose the battery if they can't sort it then i will get the Automotive Ombudsman involved.

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt, however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.
