How long?

Sat around 3 hours , forgot and pushed from pillar to post !

Car is excellent , time to purchase it should reach the Guinness book of world records

poor service, poor delivery experience

Terrible delivery service with Royal…

Terrible delivery service with Royal Mail, any delivery taking 3-5 days is poor , item was delivered after 4 days excluding the weekend (6 days to anyone else) , product was amazing , just need a better delivery partner as these were a present and it took almost a week (4 business days , although most of us are 7 day businesses )

We're always looking to improve. According to Royal mail tracking, we can see that your order was delivered 4 days after ordering. When selecting Royal Mail shipping we estimate a 3-5 day delivery turn around. It would be so useful to understand what aspect of the Royal Mail service didn't meet your expectations so that we can address this with them?
