I was incredibly well looked after by Tom, who is without doubt one of the most delightful sales people I have ever met and could not have been more helpful, kind and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and the service more widely to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Placed an order for 2 x Christmas Plaques (Your order number is: #MHI655934) on 19th October - STILL NOT ARRIVED, 9TH DECEMBER!!!

Chased once and got told to wait 14 working days, did so (now 19 working days...) no responses to 6 emails and their phone isnt being answered and when told to leave a voicemail it says "voicemail is full"! Can't even leave them a message!! Sound like they've gone bust to me, or don't care, or are a scam... would totally avoid as you'll either lose your money and/or not get your goods for Xmas. Total waste of time.

UPDATE 28/11/20 - I had an email from "Michelle" on 13/11/20 saying

"Hello Aidan, Thanks for your message. I can confirm that your order #MHI655934 has been dispatched, this was dispatched on November 11 2020 so should be with you shortly.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

However, STILL nothing has arrived(!) and no replies to 3 subsequent emails - or refund! Also no explanation as to why this was apparently dispatched on 11 November after my placing the order on 20 October - 20 days earlier. In an earlier email on of Michelle's colleagues stated that:

"The personalised Christmas plaques have a delivery time of 10-14 working days, this gives our team time to get your order printed, crafted, painted and dispatched off to you."

No explanation as to why my order has fallen way outside this time bracket, still no goods, still no refund, still no replies to emails, still no one answering the phone.

These guys are just crooks who steal your money - avoid, avoid, avoid

Great experience and good credit facilities. Just can't wait to receive the sofa now!
