Second week of owning car problems…

Second week of owning car problems started,got in touch with BMW via email as instructed and was told that they would be in touch within 48hrs.After 4 days and numerous phone calls they finally got in touch telling me that they could book me in 6 weeks time which was no good to me.I asked if I could take it to an independent garage recommended by them and they denied me saying that I had to use their garage.To cut a long story short I've come to the end of my tether and if a manager doesn't ring me Monday morning I will be returning the car under my rights(30 day consumer Rights to reject 2015) and demanding my money back.

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt, however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.

I understand from your communication with our After-Sales team that you have been advised that we do require a diagnosis report detailing the cause of failure, along with a full estimate quotation that breaks down both parts and labour that may be required in the relevant repair.

We apologise for any disappointment that may have been caused. The team will respond to your recent communication as soon as they can.
