Shocking service!
I paid £45 for installation service for my TV.
The guys didn’t even have their own screwdriver & asked me for one.
I understood that my TV would be set up….no just showed me where to put Wi-Fi password.
After they left I realised that TV is wobbling on the stand. It’s on a flat table.
I will never use AO again!
I have been promised refund but it was a fight.
AO first class service and products
I have brought a fair amount of stuff from AO tall upright freezer washing machine tumble dryer television and they have always been so good they keep you informed every step of the way the drivers phone to let you no what time they will arrive so professional any thing wrong they will sort it out straight away I have always found them excellent well done.

I have used AO for appliances for my businesses since they started. They always deliver on time and the communication is excellent. The remove and refit service with the old appliance being removed for recycling, the packaging also being removed is excellent.
Save your money and buy with a better company
Bought a washing machine from AO, it broke within the two year warranty they said they could replace like for like but I’d have to pay the £120 difference!! So I did, new one arrived and within 3 years also broke (I barely use my machine being a single person) contacted AO, after a wild goose chase and several calls to different suppliers apparently if you don’t register your appliance within 28 days you only get the 2 year warranty and not 5 years as told. There is no reason I wouldn’t have registered this but they are claiming I did not. Further to that they can clearly see when I bought the machine. So all they can offer me is a one off repair at the cost of £160. An utter joke. Save you money and time and buy with a better company
5* member NOT!
5* member, ordered £1300+ of goods paid in full last Friday. Delivery slot given as 3-7pm on the Wednesday mornjng. Didn’t arrive. Was told at 8.30pm to reschedule. Website says I can’t do that online, gives a landline number, which is closed. Tried Facebook messenger but not accepting messages.

start members says free shipping , but when we biik its gives 7 days later for delivery slot , But not being member and payment next day with £30 pounds charge. so i would say being star member is waste, and drivers are soo rude , look like so many orders or pressure on them for delivery , so very rude and not help full , i will not return to AO again.
Steer Clear, shocking....
Used AO perfectly in the past, never again and wish I'd looked at the reviews first. Ordered a hoover for delivery next day, never arrived, spoke to customer service, supposed to credit the next day delivery, still waiting. Rang and "we'll check and ring you back", rang again "we'll check and ring you back, and again.... Cancelled the order in the end, now I have notification its on its way, and the order wasn't cancelled! Not even sure I'll get the item!! Absolutely shocking.. Steer clear and save yourself the hassle....

Bought a new appliance and seen better deal with 2 other retailers filled in price match and refused.
Deal meets t&c and they don’t honour it proper scam of a company, don’t bother with them
Syka treated us right! And we got our new appliance promptly
Fantastic customer service by Syka, who really helpful since we are Americans, and our models and brands are so different. We needed a replacement integrated Fridge Freezer, the size and features were important. Syka took the time to help-Lovely lady.
We received our appliance in four days, very easy transaction and a nice install too!
Worse delivery men in the world.
Worse delivery men in the world who had no consideration when delivering washing machine for a disabled customer. After I gave clear instructions on parking to the front of my property they were rude and unprofessional. They also left without informing me and failed to deliver my washing machine. If you can’t uphold a job properly or be a professional don’t do the job. I have been without a washing machine for over a week now I have to wait longer to reschedule delivery, I have put in an official complaint I hope scum like them get fired. To top it up there was 2 of them and one of them was eating away looking like a right old filth bag.

A month without washing machine that’s how your guarantee will work with this company! And that’s what china made low quality items they ship straight to our landfill! Avoid this shambolic store! Worst experience ever!

So after 2 phone calls to AO I was promised by Libby to have a phone call from an Assistant Manager around lunch today …no phone call nothing what is wrong with you people no respect false promises from your staff which is basically lying about there commitments on the phone
Waited in all afternoon for a delivery…
Waited in all afternoon for a delivery of 2 appliances. Never turned up. I found out they were not coming when I tracked the order. I cancelled the order as I do not wish to repeat the experience.
A bug or something has caused problems…
A bug or something has caused problems with my login. Despite sending emails to my correct email and sending a code to my mobile phone they still keep sending me emails stating that the email and location are different and being used. No action required but when I log in again the same thing happens!! It says its a security protection that cannot be fixed.
I am fed up with this and therefore will no longer be using AO which in the past has been brilliant. I will go back to using Currys.
Great help from AO staff
Ordered a I pad air for my wife. Problems, not of apple’s fault or AO caused me to need to upgrade the pad for a pro. AO staff were amazingly supportive. The swap has been done with such little fuss it was amazing. Thanks to all who helped including John.

Fantastic customer service
Ordered a tumble dryer on line and purchased the 5* service at same time. The tumble dryer arrived was installed all to plan then my daughter realised it had a silver door and she's wanted a white one! I thought no chance of them replacing it but AO were wonderful - we are about to swap for a different model with a white door at no extra cost! Amazing customer service thank you
Sales Team - Izi is amazing!
Just finished a call with Izi on the sales team, we had a large order to place with lots of different items. She was so helpful and friendly on the call, and it was just genuinely a really lovely customer service experience from beginning to end. ☺️

Didn’t want to award one star but…
Didn’t want to award one star but needed to put something in the box! Ordered an American fridge freezer with the £39.99 deal. Emptied old freezer, defrosted (as requested ) and took outside to make easier for delivery men to take. Moved kitchen round so easy access. Took food to daughters freezer. Hubby took time off work to wait for estimated delivery. Watched tracking and estimated delivery time which kept changing, was in next town to ours then it had gone past our village onto the next. Then a phone call to say won’t be delivered as they had run out of time!!!! They couldn’t deliver before Saturday, this being Tuesday! So at 5.30 had to go out and buy food needed for tea not to put in fridge as hadn’t got one and now have to shop each day for bits and pieces until I can get another fridge. I cancelled as couldn’t trust it would be here sat! Sooo angry. Just kept saying on the phone” I’m sorry, I do understand” no you don’t! Asked to speak to manager, no one there. She rang next morning and said same but said she may be able to get one to us on the Thursday. I asked if she thought I could trust them. Funny how a refund takes days but payments are taken straight away! Having now read the reviews I’m not surprised
