In November 2024 Norton took money from my account without any warning.
I had a current subscription which did not run out till the end of the year, so I did not yet need to renew.
Norton promised me a full refund on 4th of December 2024 & cancelled my remaining subscription, leaving me with no protection on my devices even though I paid till the end of the year.
I am still waiting two months later for my refund! Norton just keep lying to me.
Do not use this company!

Shocking service!
I paid £45 for installation service for my TV.
The guys didn’t even have their own screwdriver & asked me for one.
I understood that my TV would be set up….no just showed me where to put Wi-Fi password.
After they left I realised that TV is wobbling on the stand. It’s on a flat table.
I will never use AO again!
I have been promised refund but it was a fight.

Jamie (118764) has been amazing from first visit to show me samples to fitting.
I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough, he is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about blinds.
I absolutely love my blinds, they look really good, very smart.
The installation by Jamie was faultless, Jamie cleared up everything, if I didn’t have new blinds I would not have known Jamie had been here.
I thought a lot about getting these as it’s a big purchase but I am so glad I did and really wish I had done it before.
They look so much better than I even imagined!

Now been told I have to wait 4/6 weeks! Great for a single, disabled parent at Christmas!

So far, so awful!
Still no connection date & yet POP have advised me that they will be taking payment within 8 days.
I don’t want to cancel but how can I be expected to pay for broadband which isn’t being provided.
I have now cancelled after a long time with customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND
They also refused to refund money they asked for at the start.
They told Talk Talk they were connecting me but never gave me a connection date.
Also I negotiated with Talk talk and they reduced the monthly bill.

Boohoo own Debenhams.
I am being refused a timely refund from Debenhams for goods that I ordered but they cancelled and still took over £400 from my account.
As Debenhams are not listening I thought I would go to the owners.
They also could not careless!
How can companies be allowed to take money and provide absolutely nothing?
This is seriously effecting my mental health, I am so anxious about this money being taken from me, it’s making me ill.
Beware do not use either of these companies, look at all the reviews regarding refunds.

Yet another different date for my refund, unbelievable.
I have an email on 19/2/24 saying 5 to 7 days, we are past that & the lies keep coming.

Debenhams still have my money! The refund date changes with whoever bothers to respond.
Aimee from Debenhams asked on my previous Trust pilot reviews for more information so she can investigate. Obviously no response from Aimee either.
How is this awful company getting away with keeping money that is not theirs?
I haven’t even had any goods from them, they cancelled my order & now think they can keep my money!

I have now started a fraud investigation with my bank as Debenhams still haven’t refunded my money.
When I told Debenhams that I was doing this they told me not to because they would hold my payment if I did.
I notice Debenhams only respond to their favourable reviews on here.
This company is keeping peoples money and it’s not acceptable.

Debenhams contacted me via Trustpilot asking for more information, this has been given & totally ignored by Debenhams. Still no refund or communication.
They are owned by Boohoo who are also not interested and also looks like they are not refunding customers as well.
Are they going out of business!
Aimee why are Debenhams keeping my money? Debenhams cancelled my order on 19 February yet you feel it’s ok to keep my money? Are you going to pay me interest? Why should I provide Debenhams with my money. I didn’t return anything, my order was cancelled by you.
It is not acceptable that I have to wait.
On Saturday 24th Feb Dunelm collected a faulty product from me. The full refund was in my bank on 27th Feb because they know they have no right to keep money that does not belong to them.
Also you say here for everyone to see that I will get my refund on 4th March yet other members of your team have said it will be 11th March.
I don’t believe any of you.
Be very careful if you use this company, they cannot be trusted.

I bought a sofa bed on 17th Feb. On 19th Feb had an email saying I would be refunded. No explanation or apology.
Since then I have been chasing my refund of over £400.
I have been told wait 5 days, then today wait till 4th March, now wait till 11th March!
How can Debenhams be allowed to keep my money! I need this money. Debenhams could never fulfil my order so the money should never have been taken.
I feel sick with worry about this.
There are many similar issues to this on social media.
I used Debenhams because I thought I could trust them. I rarely buy on line because I am so worried about losing money, thought Debenhams would be ok……trusted….obviously not.

Consistently bad customer service.
I have an email dated 19/2/24 stating my refund will be 5-7 days……still waiting….still being told different things by Debenhams who can’t get their own story straight.
Just to be clear this wasn’t a return, Debenhams took my money knowing they could not fulfil the order and continue to keep my money!
