Bw chasing me by email and phone for a debt I don't owe with Sky. I terminated my sky account in zoct 2017 as I have a free view TV. As debt if I did have it is over 6 years old it's statute unbarred. Chasing me also under a name that is not mine. Said they had sent letters that I never received. They asked me my address and surprise not the address letters have been sent too. Checked with sky and again surprise I don't owe a penny and they have never heard or used BW Legal. It's a case of throw enough crap some of it will stick. Scam company.

First order did not arrive, no photo of where it was delivered. Bit disappointed as I have used oddbox before and they were great. Do t know went wring. Emailed early this morning now mid morning g still no nearer to a conclusion contacted them got a fast reply. All sorted that's excellent customer service thank you Luela you're a gem

My son wrote off my washer through overloading. To repair would be £400. So he ordered and paid for a new one. They came to fit it but said they couldn't because we have rodent droppings all over kitchen floor and was a health and safety issue then left with my new, paid for washer. We don't have rodents or droppings.

Excellent service and now know I can leave my family something positive at the end.
