Shouldn't have bought Music Magpie - they lost/stolen equipment I sent them and even with proof of delivery, are very indifferent to the situation and dismissive bordering on the rude

Avoid. Post office confirmed delivery item was delivered to Music Magpie offices. Music Magpie claimed they have not received, so presumably lost or stolen their side. They seem very indifferent to this situation, bordering on the rude.
