Used AO perfectly in the past, never again and wish I'd looked at the reviews first. Ordered a hoover for delivery next day, never arrived, spoke to customer service, supposed to credit the next day delivery, still waiting. Rang and "we'll check and ring you back", rang again "we'll check and ring you back, and again.... Cancelled the order in the end, now I have notification its on its way, and the order wasn't cancelled! Not even sure I'll get the item!! Absolutely shocking.. Steer clear and save yourself the hassle....

Had big problems with the delivery but customer service sorted it and kept in touch throughout. Transport Co to blame not Logs Direct, logs are fab and well wrapped, will definitely use them again.

Bought 2 oak doors, checked they were in stock and had them delivered in 24 hours, excellent service, kept informed.ed every step of the way. Would recommend..

If I could give less I would, do not use this site its a scam. I like others ordered a full set of covers and got the bottom, it disgraceful they can trade in the UK.
My emails have yet gone unanswered.

Checked they has in stock what I needed, which they did. Placed the order and it was despatched immediately, cannot fault the service response from customer service.

Had a problem with my delivery not turning up, Tammy could not have been more helpful, very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Cannot believe you get money for buying goods or services you were gonna buy anyway. 100% recommend.

Had a problem with a mark on the cistern and ask for advise how it could be removed or wanted a new one, I've never had any contact back after 3 emails. I'd steer clear, thankfully mine wasn't a real problem. Buy elsewhere because if you have a problem they are not interested.

Always delivered when the parcel says it will be, nice lady that delivers the parcels, never had a parcel go astray, unlike other delivery companies.

Delivery is quick, product is good and even had to use after sales this time who were excellent.

Ordered online with a 20% off voucher because they always had low stocks, placed an order 18th October and am still waiting for delivery on the 30th because they are out of stock of some of the items, basic bags of dog food etc nothing out of the ordinary. Will be cancelling the order and getting from elsewhere because I now need food. Not really a good marketing ploy from Jollyes! Very disappointed and will be going elsewhere in future.

I ordered a t-shirt at £24:99 but when it arrived it had a price tag of £22:99 super dry reply was thankyou for letting us know we will make sure warehouse sort the other items not we will give you £2 back.
