Dreadful. Appalling personal experience.
Dreadful . Reading reviews saying "best ever " makes me feel someone is writing these for them.
I was a loyal long term customer ,signing up for a year to save money and was used as a guinea pig for their many internal issues .
The quality of the food is so hit and miss with many meals sub standard.I went through many many months of incorrect food sent,soggy awful watery chicken,soaking wet soggy drenched salad,tiny portions ,sub standard meat ,leaking boxes ,non delivery ,poor quality.At least 6 to 8 yes 6 to 8 !! meals a week were poor (all with picture evidence ).I had signed up for a year so was stuck on their contract.
They admitted multiple prep issues and internal staffing issues and agreed to get better .The management are obnoxious .They have an owner who we are not permitted to name ,who's attitude is , "as you are a simple customer who experienced poor service and poor quality food ,we arrogantly remove all offenders who dare complain ! " .
We have tried out other food delivery services and there are much better now . Fff is media hype.
They asked me back twice and then said they made mistakes .
This company in my personal view is “buyer beware “ and I would not recommend using them.
I went through a year of poor quality meals and yup complained as is mine and anyones right..They let go the manager who was trying to sort issues and are quite simply not a good food delivery service . This is a true experience not a fake review . Never to return ! rubbish.
Ps. They complained about this review but that is exactly what trust pilot is for and to make others aware of a poor or good experience. Mine was awful and they should not treat past customers in this manner. I am not alone.

This is typical of the rudeness and anxiety caused from repeatedly sent poor and incorrect meals .I'm pleased you admit the many faults with my orders, but sadly they continued as your staff got replaced and you became a victim of success with poor food sent. Now there are better providers .Any anxiety was down to staff not being able to cope with the volumes and thus yes many mistakes made .Sadly I went through the worst and am happy to not use you and dont recommend this service to anyone .
FFF have also replied below to my truthful comments here alledging rudeness/anxiety which was never the case and sums up the arrogance of the owner when customers complain when food and delivery were attrocious week in ,week out for many months .You know with my food ,from the many pictures/videos of soggy chicken and drenched salad, how poor things got and you admitted "issues" in your food prep.I gave you the kindness to try and improve but you attempt to be rude back so this review is a justification and a truthful one .I would not wish this experience on anyone .
You asked me back twice this year so no wasnt blocked and again the insults run to loyal customers ! That causes me anxiety even reading the fabrciated response.
I truly hope you have got rid of the gremlins but a management change of rude attitude and address why so many problems , would not go a miss.
