BE WARNED

BE WARNED ! This company is a front and not what you expect .They are a chinese company shielding as a ligit uk supplier and the product of bath mats we ordered are awful . They are no more than cheap towels .When we raised the alarm to them and were required to send photos of their own product to them !? and then expect the uk buyer to return to China and wont pay postage which would be high .AVOID THEM .I don't trust any of these reviews and will file a complaint to my bank and trading standards to look into them

Please read others concerns on FACE BOOK !! many experience the same issue . A clear scam and we are alerting our bank /trust pilot for false reviews /trading standards and face book alerted for FRAUD

IF THIS GETS TAKEN DOWN THEN TRUST PILOT NEED PROOF WHY THEY INSIST ON RETURN TO CHINA WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND LEAVES THE BUYER WITHOUT OPTION .

read the reviews these are clearly made up be very wary of this chinese company. Insisting you return goods to deepest china if not happy...AVOID

Update. Please read others Facebook issues. This is a fraudulent company and we are asking Barclays fraud to return payment. Also Trustpilot and Facebook plus trading standards uk to look into them. You cannot possibly expect uk customers to return poor quality goods to China due to excessive shipping costs and the company is a front for excuses and poor quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID !! Shocking company.

AVOID !! This company are so poor and the customer service is diabolical. We ordered spare keys as they have the monopoly on the keys for our expensive doors. We were taken in by literature that said the tracking was able to find the keys easily when lost on an app and sound an alarm. As you would Apple. Sadly we lost the keys. The alarm failed and they DONT show you where the key was lost .They simply show you lost in Tescos. !! Useless. We asked to have just basic keys cut. They sent new one that don’t fit. We could not get the key out of the lock for 10 minutes ! They re-cut and again same issue. We asked to attend site and sort as it’s unacceptable the keys don’t work. The manager said he’d checked and they were fine ??? They are not. His answer was to cancel our contract !!

This company should be barred from giving locks whose replacement keys don’t fit and the innocent customer is left with nothing. We will contact trading standards and report and the manufacturer of the doors should cancel their contract with this appalling unprofessional lock maker.

Avoid using them. Customer service is shocking.


It’s obvious from the many complaints here that they just walk away from all legal responsibility and the manager needs to be investigated by the company owners as he is rude and does not care. They breach the consumer sale of goods act and it means nothing.


If we can’t sort we will go to the small claims for new doors. Full costs to be claims. The keys do not fit. Shameful

Suspect scam

Shocking. I’m worried I’ve been scammed. Goods have not been delivered. No contact numbers. Delivery put back another week. I will wait 7 more days then report to visa for a full refund and If need be report to trading standards. I do not trust this manufacturer.

SHOCKING

SHOCKING ! The online store has to be the worst Ive ever experienced and give Boggi Milano a bad name . The store's themselves are fine but are only in London so I had to buy online .Nightmare experience .. Takes ages for refunds .London stores admit the online is not part of them and has many disappointed customers . The sizes come out very different and XL is an L on many items I tried so had to return. The refund process is appalling and they should refund postage if it's their garments fault for mis sizing . The online store are arrogant and very unprofessional and rude . They hide behind WhatsApp and it feels half AI and really poor

Boggi...get rid of your online or whoever runs it as they are so shocking and the level of customer after sales service is diabolical . I will not purchase Online again with them..be warned ..its a real hassle .

Poor experience

Poor experience . I started the day skip theory course but asked for a full refund. I found the reading was long and arduous and tiring on my eyes.I called and asked if they have the text speak ability that others have, along with modern app on apple ,makes learning so much easier and user friendly .This was abruptly brushed aside and I felt it very poor that they are not up to date and modernised training. By looking elsewhere I immediately found much better online training with videos and text speak which is so much better so my advise is look around and ask for a deal which you should get .This system of reading only/small video, seems to me very out of date .Im sure 1000s love it but for us we prefer text speak when wading through tons of learning literature .

poor attitude from staff and didnt want to listen to constructive improvements to help students .. Look elsewhere .

Im quite sure ill get a very negative response from navathome here but this was my personal experience and adapting to modern methods, with apps and text voice for those that want ,over mass reading ,makes sense and investment in modern apps and training seems a very sensible step forward . I found better more advanced courses away and better value . Perhaps take constructive critique onboard is the way forward in this ever competitive world .

Awful. Be wary.

Update buyer beware this is NOT acceptable .

Hex offered us 10%. no refund in full for this inferior or faulty pan..no collection and we are left with a total load of rubbish ..do not brush uk customers off hex who purchase in good faith ..even eggs stick. its awful and we did season and we cant clean the awful pan..take it back or replace !! bar humbug Hex .

Awful. We purchased expensive pans in good faith. The frying pan is terrible. It is not non stick and won’t clean. They refuse to exchange or refund and blame us for over heating and not seasoning which of course we have done. They state this isn’t the warranty. We are left reverting back to cheap Tesco pans that actually are far better. I’m appalled with the cut and paste response and will be looking at reporting to trading standards as they simply are a nightmare to deal with .This pan is either faulty or it’s a poor over advertised Facebook product and we are not happy being told this is our fault. It’s is not. Be warned. It’s not a good company when pans fail.

Poor experience so be wary

Poor experience so be wary . We sourced with them a new Bosch washer dryer and Lg fridge freezer .They say they multi quote discount but if you search you get far far better . We asked questions on the warranty and if the goods failed in the first 30 days would they collect and refund ? Their response was odd. If their installer puts in your machine ,then it fails due to faulty installation you are liable for call out charges to either repair or return the product . We asked to clarify as made no sense .We wanted the washer dryer and left calls and emails with their customer service manager. He didn't bother to return so we called /left voice mails to ask and when picked up ,they said goods were sold !! No polite courtesy call to ask/inform us..Just plain rude and unprofessional . I appreciate they have to sell to firm buyers but we were firm and engaged , but waiting on the customer service manager. . The salesman knew this as many messages !! We emailed today to say if they could source ,we were still interested but they ignored us like a cheap car dealership . We thankfully sourced the goods £550 !! cheaper and will not use these guys .Be wary. I would do your homework and don't be fooled into paying for call outs if they falsely installed ..There are far more honest customer friendly and better value dealers out there ! you've been warned !

From customer service and why we questioned before purchase " If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the service call." er no..!! This charge would fall on the installer/ appliance city and not the customer !! the customer would expect a full installation refund !!

we have an offer with LG of £2754 but their call centres are a headache and we want earlier delivery.. we spend 45 minutes with Karl and his price is no where near the price match ! £3123 £369 more ! I questioned why waste our time is you don't stand by what you advertise ?? he had no response bar send in a written complaint . it's false advertising and we have the offer from Lg on a snap shot so will wait this out . My advise is not bother to price match as it doesn't exist ! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING .BE WARNED .

appalling experience

resolved .This needs looking at as way too many innocent folks are finding themselves tricked into thinking they are dealing with the hotel direct ..the surcharges after are shocking .. lets hope our complaint finds a way forward .. the lady who contacted us was very professional but no I will leave the one star as this was appalling and will keep happening ...you need to resolve yout issues internally and not mess uk customers around ..

appalling experience..As wth all below we are scammed into thinking we are dealing with the hotel then we find we are hit with massive surcharges the hotel made every attempt to contact booking.com whom they had the booking fron but the scam gets worse as this is a booking.com sister company and no contact details ..we have emails from priceline and getaroom ..no response .nothing ..this we did not know we were booking with and when hit pay on google search for a hotel of 115 euros the rate shot up to 173 euros ! hotel contacted immediately and agreed to cancel and they called booking.com .. issue is this is the web of booking.com and no contacts ... we are still looking for our money back and we have booking numbers if u needs them getaroom we will not be scammed by you contact us dont use them !!! getaroom you have 48 hours to refund me or we seek legal options ...avoid if u can !!!!

We stated repeatedly that we have shopped with quality bedding stores of the white company and feather and black amongst others so don’t lie that we withheld.

Your sheets are not subjective. They don’t breathe and sweat and are poor quality. Others have said the same. Ours are faulty.

We wish this fully resolved today and yes you must comply with uk consumer law as your goods are not acceptable and are to collect and refund as you have now finally agree to

Holsper are clearly scammers. They are now asking we take their sheets to a third party to check the quality. Uk law protects the buyer and we have demanded a full return and refund as these goods are poor quality ,sweat and don’t breathe. Holsper. Check the real reviews not your fake ones. You are being investigated for fraud as you sell cheap Chinese sheets into the uk and they are poor quality. Refund us in full and stop scamming uk innocent customers.

We have asked Trustpilot to look into this Chinese company as believe they are fraudulent. Many reviews are the same and this is not the experience many experience. It’s easy to write fake reviews.

Holsper. We are legally entitled to a full refund so please collect your poor quality and faulty sheets and refund in full. We will alert trading standards if this fraud continues.


UPDATE ! One week later. Zero response. We will alert trust pilot to investigate and suspend this company on their site. It’s clear fraud so do not purchase from them. They sell sheets that at first appear ok as a chemical or something to appear soft but they are absolute rubbish. Don’t breathe and you sweat. Many here state colours run and disappear after a wash. Rather like buying a tshirt outside of Wembley !

Warning ! We have a had a terrible experience with this internet seller Holsper ,that make many claims of high quality ,but on first night ,the hotel "luxury " bed sheets are awful ! The super king bed sheet was also way too big and did not fit .The sheets sweat ,and no way do they breathe .The quality is way below acceptable and we asked for a full immediate refund ..then comes the issues ..they say no return due to hygiene so any issues you have buying here ,with faulty goods ,they will not give a refund.They then ask for help to improve their service and give you the complete run around..then silence !! This is breaching the consumer rights act but they don't care ..They then offer to give a token gesture partial refund ! the goods we received are poor quality..at first they feel ok but they are NOT what they are sold as ,and you will really sweat and they won't breath..We are seeking a resolution .Be wary ..no telephone ..feels like they operate out of another country as emails come in late at night . We don't accept poor quality goods in the Uk and wish a full refund as is the law .

Like others have stated .There is a real concern this is a fake site and the many positive reviews can easily be "made up." many reviews sound similar written ..Trust pilot please flag . We expect this to be resolved immediately with a full refund .

Appalling customer service that has to…

Appalling customer service
We bought the coffee to bean maker and is absolute rubbish paid £650 odd..breaks/blocks all the time ..poor quality .. we are under warranty. Given total chase around by smeg customer service and sent 10 plus emails and many calls ..supervisor with awful attitude comes back and states we can have £250 odd back and they will collect the machine or can collect it and repair ..or we go to the ombudsman . Hours spent chasing ...not the first time as many issues with their cooker ..same chasing . I would not buy a smeg appliance if known how poor the customer service is .. shocking ...and the branches ignore the head office ! total joke . avoid .


Smeg uk need to look into why their customer service is absolutely diabolical. We had same issues with an oven we bought. Total shambles. The customer service is the worst u e experienced when you have issues and the attitude of the supervisor at head office is appalling. The stores ignore emails and you are left chasing. I won’t but again with them.

Shocking

Shocking. This app has been overloaded and not tested thoroughly. Many issues of latency and not being able to transfer or withdraw. Many excuses of iPhone issues. HSBC and first direct issues. Just poor. They have stated they have issues yet so many people spend ages trying and no notifications. Awful. Avoid until sorted or take down your app and sort the tech out.

they then send us on a wild goose chase to a mediator who is closed

this is a scandal and I would imagine many thousands are in the same position.This must run into millions if they are witholding peoples money .Worth an investigation for sure and why they are permitted to do this !..Isle of Wight organisers take note you have a big headache with this company withholding money.

We have sent full legal email proof..we even had insurance for cancellation purchased through them but still they refuse to refund

anyone else see the pattern here ? !

I want my money returned and have all the legal proof that we requested in March 2020.

Its so sad that an innocent family have to go through this .Be careful if you use Festicket!! we will never book accomodation again at the festival and this is deeply upsetting .

Dreadful. Appalling personal experience.

Dreadful . Reading reviews saying "best ever " makes me feel someone is writing these for them.


I was a loyal long term customer ,signing up for a year to save money and was used as a guinea pig for their many internal issues .

The quality of the food is so hit and miss with many meals sub standard.I went through many many months of incorrect food sent,soggy awful watery chicken,soaking wet soggy drenched salad,tiny portions ,sub standard meat ,leaking boxes ,non delivery ,poor quality.At least 6 to 8 yes 6 to 8 !! meals a week were poor (all with picture evidence ).I had signed up for a year so was stuck on their contract.

They admitted multiple prep issues and internal staffing issues and agreed to get better .The management are obnoxious .They have an owner who we are not permitted to name ,who's attitude is , "as you are a simple customer who experienced poor service and poor quality food ,we arrogantly remove all offenders who dare complain ! " .

We have tried out other food delivery services and there are much better now . Fff is media hype.
They asked me back twice and then said they made mistakes .
This company in my personal view is “buyer beware “ and I would not recommend using them.
I went through a year of poor quality meals and yup complained as is mine and anyones right..They let go the manager who was trying to sort issues and are quite simply not a good food delivery service . This is a true experience not a fake review . Never to return ! rubbish.
Ps. They complained about this review but that is exactly what trust pilot is for and to make others aware of a poor or good experience. Mine was awful and they should not treat past customers in this manner. I am not alone.

This is typical of the rudeness and anxiety caused from repeatedly sent poor and incorrect meals .I'm pleased you admit the many faults with my orders, but sadly they continued as your staff got replaced and you became a victim of success with poor food sent. Now there are better providers .Any anxiety was down to staff not being able to cope with the volumes and thus yes many mistakes made .Sadly I went through the worst and am happy to not use you and dont recommend this service to anyone .

FFF have also replied below to my truthful comments here alledging rudeness/anxiety which was never the case and sums up the arrogance of the owner when customers complain when food and delivery were attrocious week in ,week out for many months .You know with my food ,from the many pictures/videos of soggy chicken and drenched salad, how poor things got and you admitted "issues" in your food prep.I gave you the kindness to try and improve but you attempt to be rude back so this review is a justification and a truthful one .I would not wish this experience on anyone .

You asked me back twice this year so no wasnt blocked and again the insults run to loyal customers ! That causes me anxiety even reading the fabrciated response.

I truly hope you have got rid of the gremlins but a management change of rude attitude and address why so many problems , would not go a miss.

We understand that there were issues with your meals that we did our best to resolve, but unfortunately in the end, your requests did not fall within the remit of our service, and it became apparent that the service was not right for you.

The constant back and forth via email and on the phone, as well as the tone and language regularly used, caused severe anxiety amongst the team, so we felt it best for both parties to cancel the remaining days on your order, provide a full refund, and block your account from making any future orders. This is not a decision that was made lightly, and is not one that we hope to have to make again. We value our clients greatly, but ultimately we had to look out for the wellbeing of our team.

Given that we always did our best to accommodate your requests and were always professional and polite with you, we feel that this review is not an accurate representation of the situation.

Ticketmaster have way too much control of the Uk ticketing market. It’s impossible to get into many events and are always sold out in seconds. This feels a regular scam. and nothing to do with ticketmaster . These guys have appalling customer service and should NOT be selling tickets out of Prague for London shows..veru very poor service .be careful as we seriously had a nightmare dealing with them. never again .
