They offered a fair price for a…

They offered a fair price for a dishwasher which has been mainly very good. However it has been faulty since I bought it. Hisense HS622E90XUK Standard Dishwasher - Stainless Steel - E Rated keeps stopping mid cycle on an F11 fault. I had it professionally plumbed in by AO engineers and keep the filter clean yet the issue continues. The dishwasher performes well and is very quiet but feel prospective buyer should be made aware of this fault

Delivery time

I ordered an advertised Sub Zero sub cover on 16th November and was promised next day delivery at the time of order. It's now 20th November and I'm still waiting, no e-mail to indicate a problem, just nothing. I'd like to review an outstanding product but obviously can't.

I've today heard from them and it seems they're actually manufacturing the item hence the delay. Not sure if it es in response to this review or not, I'm hoping not. I'll amend my rating again tomorrow if it arrives tomorrow as promised.

I bought a new column speaker system…

I bought a new column speaker system and it didn't work. The pre dispatch checklist of tests and inclusions stated that it had been tested and the modes had been run through. The item was very securely packed so the checklist can't have been completed and just ticked anyway. I've complained but they only seem to be able to deal with one message a day and are unavailable by phone I'm to l by their retail shop. The delivery was good and speedy but it didn't power up. I had a message today to try another power lead and check the fuse. Maybe Simply Sound and Lighting should ship spare power leads and a screwdriver with all products. It's just not good enough. They paid lip service to their checking before dispatch and are doing the same post sale. Very, very poor.

It was eventually sorted out but at their speed not mine. They didn't seem to understand the severity their poor service means to their customers. They were however always very polite.
