Sham system of subterfuge and apparent deceit to scam you, beware
Sham supposed package waiting for delivery is used as a cover for spam connections to other companies that take your money through subterfuge and apparent deceit.
Terrible in every conceivable way !
Terrible service, they pretend to come while they do not even come, then send to some pickup point in the middle of nowhere and when I look for my package at the pickup point they insist that UPS didn't leave such a package there and that I should contact them. Another order I had although online-signed with both preset instruction and custom one as "LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR" again resulted in "We couldn't find you, come pick it up from xx" Absolute joke of a company and they should be ashamed of themselves. We all work, I know it's difficult and busy but in this day and age people rely on packages being delivered.
Truly Awful company
Awful company , lazy drivers who lie and say they attempted delivery but prefer to use a shop drop off location . When I got to the shop they had 20+ parcels from UPS that day , same driver. The shops UPS HW and App would not work, waited 30mins for them to authenticate me. This is the 3rd time in 2 years UPS have done this to me. From now on I will mandate that no one uses UPS and if they do I will like once before an refuse to go to the shop . UPS still refused to deliver and I made the company sending the item get it returned to them and sent by Royal Mail. That company stopped using UPS!
Driver refused doorstep delivery…
Paid for doorstep delivery but driver dropped the 50kg package in the lift for me to figure out how to carry it to my home.

I placed a parcel in the care of UPS for an overnight delivery from Brussels to London on the first of the month.
It didn't arrive the next day so I consulted their track my parcel page.
It was held up (no explanation) but would be delivered on Monday 6th Oct.
It didn't turn up.
Spoke to a number of non UK based call centres who were completely unhelpful and also didn't speak fluently enough to understand my receipt had a different tracking prefix.
Finally found the package is stuck in a local warehouse today the 9th, a week after it was deposited for an overnight in Brussels.
The call centre came up with excuse that the address was unrecognised but when I got them to double check.....after a bit of discussion (by that I mean them trying to deflect the fact they were wrong) it was correct.
A completely useless, inefficient, ineffective service with a call centre that is poor in the extreme with personal who are badly trained not fluent in (in this case) English and are obviously reading from a text that if you divert from, they have no understanding of what is being said.
My advice would be not to use them. You will regret it if you do. Just like I did.

Terrible Experience Every Single Time – Avoid Using UPS!
I strongly advise everyone to avoid using UPS for deliveries. Every time I had a package scheduled for home delivery, I made sure to stay at home and wait. Yet, UPS never even attempted to deliver to my door – instead, without notice, they always dropped my parcel off at some random access point. This has happened to me every single time I’ve used UPS, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Their attitude towards customers is awful; they don’t seem to care at all about providing proper service. I haven’t had these problems with any other delivery company. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different courier!

I would give a 0 if I could the worst delivery company ever. I had ordered an Ipad that was supposed to arrive today, I called in sick at work so that I could be home when the package arrived only for the driver to not even ring the bell. Are you serious? I am not even going to try to talk about the joke they call customer service which is completely useless, if you manage to get past the stupid robot.

I returned a bathroom vanity unit to victorian plumbing via UPS- the items were completely unused and in original packaging - I employed UPS to courier the items- the package that I sent via UPS was completely wrecked by UPS on route such that victorian plumbing refused to refund me- despite me taking out insurance with UPS, UPS refuse to compensate me for the damage they caused. Using UPS has cost me £600. Trying to use their website to make a claim has been a nightmare from start to finish

Sat waiting no parcel yet received message tried to deliver then told have redeliver next day so went out then sent message parcel delivered like hour later came home straight away no parcel yet photo of parcel dump against my wall outside block flats on main road ok so proof they left it but it is not there didn’t even try to hide it 😡paid £12.99 for delivery too and they can’t communicate with customer so now told have to deal with seller Blinds to go 🫣🫣

The worst delivery service company…
The worst delivery service company ever. Whenever I order shoes online, it delivers with UPS. The courier did not wait 1 min that I go down stairs and get the parcel!!! He left and send notif that delivery was failed. We attempt the next business day! Can you belive that!!! Stay away from this awful company.
DHS Spares needs a new Courier Company
I made the mistake of having to order parts for a boiler repair! Dispatch by DHS, the person there was very helpful.
Then UPS was to ship it! Got notification it was in NI and just paid £19.68, and I will get my parcel.
It was an hour and a half trying to make the payment, as their payment portal was screwed up. When you enter the CCV it is rejected. I called my bank, and there's nothing wrong with the card.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Avoid it at all cost. My package wasn't delivered to my place. Instead, it was left on some "point" where now I need to go. Disgusting service, I'm sure all of the workers are useless and lazy there.
And now I know why they do this way with so many people. Because you can change delivery for an additional price. Nice way to earn money - deceiving people and leaving their packages somewhere else just to get some extra euros.

Seeing all the review here more than 90 percent people unsatisfied with UPS including me. Order online for water they never deliver it. They want you to pick up in their pick up point. Bad customer service too. Try to avoid this courier. Wont do anything good for you
Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Despite responding to all requests for information over the past month, Im advised today that my parcel (3kg containing chocolate for my son) has been destroyed! Innacurate tracking throughout - I do not trust this company at all!
Cannot rate any worse
Cannot rate any worse. They have my delivery in Southampton for 3 days and is not moving. Tracking on their website is a joke. It keeps telling me it is on its way. Asking the chatbot what is happening just tells me to be patient . It is not possible to speak to anyone or contact them via email. A total disgrace
UPS is a mistake
I've been at home. Courier didn't rang the bell and I got a notification that the package hasn't been delivered as there's been nobody home! It's every f------g time like that with UPS in Netherlands!!! This entire company is a joke!!!

What a bunch of Not fit for purpose delivery drivers Co sent out the purchased part I paid express delivery to Rimmer who paid UPS. Supposed to be delivered on 23. 4 EMAILS with different delivery times and up to 8PM "what body shop is open at 8.30?" Then said tried to deliver, then changed their minds & said out for delivery 8.30 to 1.30, then changed their minds and said the driver tried to deliver it at 14.00!!! Then when I rang them they said We need the address, which it turns out they had already. So message for UPS Give your drivers the CUSTOMERS MOBILE NO. So that they if needed can contact the delivery address. And after reading the reviews of UPS They are not FIT FOR PURPOSE they might as well go fishing
