Good only to buy chewing gums
Needed to top up the card for a purchase, transfer made by the usual and only bank account connected to the app. This is the beginning of the horrible experience:
- Funds deducted from the account
- Top up rejected
- Funds not reverted and available on the account
- Waiting time to speak to CS +2 hours
So, product is not reliable, they don't have enough resources to address all the issues of their platform, so if you need to buy chewing gum, you might use Revolut, if you need a good product, go elsewhere.
Update: They confirmed they were aware of a problem with the funding source but didn't warn anyone on the front end just letting the payment to fail. They admitted fault, and did not take any action. What they suggested as compensation... amazing... 2 months of free upgrade... how can I be interested in an upgrade if not able to fund my account...
Most companies offer complimentary 2/3 months of trials for premium accounts because this converts well...
Beware, not reliable
Update from their reply - not really addressed, I'm not confused, don't need a clarification, ideal as funding source was broken, there was and probably still is a proper issue confirmed by your CS, I had to escalate to a proper complaint
