Curious about the 5 star reviews

Curious about the 5 star reviews, probably friends.
No transparency with prices, extremely expensive, getting clients just because of paying Google.

Coming to open a non locked door, around €600, but no information on the website nor price disclose when contacting. Reporting to consumer association, if you read this, please join the cause.

Delivery time never correct

Delivery time never correct, now this is 3 cases out of 3 within a few weeks. They let you stay home with a time frame for the morning that they never hit, then need to be home the whole day cause you don't have another window and often they don't show up at all. EXTREMELY poor service, no visibility on the shipment progresses and doesn't work even if you plan the delivery.
I hate this company and all the merchants that deliver with them, if it's disclosed they are the delivery company, better to change merchant

Good until now

Good until now, then booked a place, paid the deposit (non refundable) and then got out of the blue a cancellation email with no explanation.
I can understand this might have been the place, but unacceptable this can be a standard and acceptable process on this app. How can you trust this app again?

Trying to reach them out for a transfer request. Horrible experience, never responding to emails, they make it difficult to find the information and if you want to talk to someone, you'll need to pay an extra fee...

Good only to buy chewing gums

Needed to top up the card for a purchase, transfer made by the usual and only bank account connected to the app. This is the beginning of the horrible experience:
- Funds deducted from the account
- Top up rejected
- Funds not reverted and available on the account
- Waiting time to speak to CS +2 hours

So, product is not reliable, they don't have enough resources to address all the issues of their platform, so if you need to buy chewing gum, you might use Revolut, if you need a good product, go elsewhere.

Update: They confirmed they were aware of a problem with the funding source but didn't warn anyone on the front end just letting the payment to fail. They admitted fault, and did not take any action. What they suggested as compensation... amazing... 2 months of free upgrade... how can I be interested in an upgrade if not able to fund my account...
Most companies offer complimentary 2/3 months of trials for premium accounts because this converts well...

Beware, not reliable

Update from their reply - not really addressed, I'm not confused, don't need a clarification, ideal as funding source was broken, there was and probably still is a proper issue confirmed by your CS, I had to escalate to a proper complaint

Once again...

Edit: this company still blames it on who paid and expected a service instead of apologising and fixing their internal broken tech and processes.

Once again, they got the money, but no account... then zillions of excuses not to check the payment status, until the point I needed to do a chargeback (never pay with them with a payment method you cannot revert) and still excuses for not doing a good job or admitting glitches in the system... luckily the money are back, this merchant is clueless and not even trying to make it up.
Once again they'll blame it one me cause I didn't want to share screenshots with confidential information... and eventually no response to the ticket anymore when asking for making it right and how to avoid to be charged without receiving the service.
A better process would have saved money and the customer that's now going to a competitor...

Not surprised about the review score

Not surprised about the review score. Last two deliveries, just a joke. Missing delivery dates, packages lost and awkward calls trying to check if by chance was delivered, CS completely useless and trying to blame me for rescheduling, missing 3 delivery dates for 1 package is borderline illegal.... but of course, no compensation, no apologies, like the shipping was for free....

Beware, payment made and no subscription

Beware, I paid for a subscription not long ago just to find out that cause of a glitch in the system I had no subscription in my account. This is something that the company should have taken proactive action, fix it, apologise and all sorted. Instead... I had to go through such painful and useless experience with CS.
Eventually I got my money back after disputing the charge. This company lost a customer, lost the money, had to pay fees to the payment provider and salary to CS agents for providing such awful experience.

As of today it's still unclear how to pay and actually get a subscription, no feedback shared, no apology or attempt to regain a customer.

One side note, as many mention, adding taxes at the last step at the checkout is a mischiefing business practice in EU.

Beware

Beware, paid, subscription not active, reach to CS, no help, just asking to provide screenshots to confirm the payment while they got all the references needed, no need of screenshots from my payment method app. Non useful support and I'm now with the money out of my pocket and no service. If you ask, yes I contacted customer service. AS CS is clueless

Highly recommended

In summary very recommended for the professionally, the positive attitude and the results
Location is modern and clean facility, the staff is extremely nice and professional. It's an important decision and never felt pressured or just trying to sell, but always very kind, consulting, open to answer any question and no pressure at all. The procedure itself was very smooth and appreciated the after care. The result is still unfolding, but so far it looks great, such an improvement and looking very natural.

Simple.. Package lost

Simple... They have lost the package. Doesn't matter if while selecting the delivery window I've ticked not too deliver to neighbors and you get an identification code.... Package results delivered, random name entered in the system and apparently it got delivered to someone nearby but it's not given to know to whom... Customer service very slow and not helpful at all...
That's only I got in the last two days...
"Vervelend dat de bezorging niet helemaal juist is verlopen.
HEt ziet er naar uit dat uw pakket bij buren is afgeleverd en de chauffeur dit niet helemaal goed heeft afgemeld.
We willen u vragen navraag te doen bij uw directe buren." Pffff
