The worst delivery service experience ever.

Their tracking says they attempted to deliver my item, but I was home all the time and they never did. On the next day they promised the delivery between 9 and 13, I was waiting the whole day and they never delivered it, simply moved it to the next day. Now I had to move it to the day after due to other plans. Now is the date and they still did not confirm it and did not provide any expected date/time of delivery. This is terrible.

Complicated return process

Ordered a G13 lamp which did not fit my fixture.
Cannot create a return request via website and the phone number does not answer.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat de bestelde producten niet naar wens zijn.

An order was cancelled without any explanation. I received a letter about a refund but the term was not specified.

Dear Roman,

We're very sorry for the cancellation of your order. There has been a system error, that's why your order couldn't be shipped. Because of the error it looked like we had more stock than we actually had. We always send an email with an explanation why this happened, did this perhaps end up in your spam folder? It could very well also be a problem on our side, that we didn't send the email correctly. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
