Disorganised inefficient and unreliable.

EDIT: she did eventually arrive but well after the designated time frame. [Cleaner did not come to clean. Also failed us twice before. This company’s system is disorganised inefficient and unreliable, in my experience. No effective support. Waited almost an hour on the phone trying to get through to apparently non-existent “Support”]

Excellent service now sadly blighted

Excellent service. Unfortunately the system continues to all companies to respond to negative reviews with outrageous lies and subterfuge. Quite laughable, but sad.
Must now, in the interest of openness honestly and trustworthiness, record the fact that I would no longer be able to endorse this company as they have been removing my review of Cleaning Gurus on the basis of clear and indisputable lies posted against me and against TrustPilot itself - affectively undermining the whole value of this platform. Which does not appear any longer to understand meaning of INTEGRITY

Hi Robert, HL charge a management fee each month for the investments you hold within your account. These fees are collected automatically based on your chosen fee collection option, however if there is no available cash to pay for the fees and they accrue to £50 we then notify clients of a deadline these need to be paid before.

Shocking, Worrying and confusing

Worrying. They took all of our details, including our banking details but we never heard anything more from them - no acknowledgment and no time agreed for first cleaning visit. Robert
Then, on the first organised cleaning visit no-one turned up, although a cleaning visit had been arranged. Shocking.

Massaging of the truth is not this company’s legitimate business

We were landed with an unreliable and untrustworthy cleaner, supposedly English speaking but only spoke Bulgarian. Seriously let us down by directly disobeying clear instructions when I was in hospital: most likely taking advantage of that fact. On the last occasion she was due, she simply did not turn up but claimed she had told us she would not be coming again after we complained about her to the agency. Who seemed happy to charge for her time with us paying the cleaner directly: seems like a tax scam!?!
This particular cleaner did NOT inform me about what was going on, despite her knowing I should have been informed. We have now discovered that the £20 I paid to her for cleaning materials recently did no result in her purchasing any cleaning materials for us which were sorely needed. That looks very much like theft. Hopefully you will have finished with providing work to that cleaner who has so seriously let us down - and who has apparently let down your company also. When I brought that to your attention, you did not even get back to me on this matter.
Now most outrageously these people have started to accuse me of dishonesty and of registering unfair reviews. Avoid having anything to do with these scammers and apparently thieves as well.
This company claims it is keeping records! Whatever they are keeping is certainly not true or honest records by any means. Of course they are upset when they receive negative reviews, but to respond with lies and subterfuge only worsens the problems now recorded further concerning their disgusting behaviours.
This company seems to be altogether lacking in integrity: they persistently resort to lies and accusations of one kind and another. Would you trust such people or their agents in your home? I would NOT recommend them by any means.
This company is only too right: it is vital to represent your views with honesty throughout. Time for them to follow their own principles and stop making accusations against their unhappy customers.
It is indeed critical that all feedback should represent the facts of the matter: this company seems to expect they can outrageously twist and mess around with the facts willy
nilly.

Our cleaners are all self-employed professionals, registered and responsible for paying their own taxes. Payments are made directly to them in line with HMRC requirements, so any suggestion of a “tax scam” is simply not true.

We also want to reassure you that the cleaner did not in any way “take advantage” of your situation. While we acknowledge you were unhappy with the service, our records show that the cleaner kept you informed and acted professionally.

The further accusations you have made are simply not true. We have acted appropriately at every stage and always with the aim of satisfying our clients’ needs. We maintain full records of services provided, communications, and actions taken, and we stand by the integrity of these records.

They need to provide proper support to complaints and to provide products that are as advertised. Meaning products that actually fit and that are wide-fitting as stated in their promotional materials. My experience is that this company is neither reliable nor trustworthy: complaints not being responded to.

What a nightmare getting Amex to deal…

What a nightmare getting Amex to deal appropriately with scamming fraudsters from Hong Kong China, who appear to be experienced con-artists. Their response to complaints about their misdescribed shoes and a sweater ( none of which fitted and none of which were wide fitting as described) was: send them back at your own expense!!! Ridiculously unhelpful and unsympathetic. Now Amex seem unwilling or unable to take any action against these charlatans Stylishoe who fail to send out any confirmation of orders or invoices: so HOW can any customer make complaints about these rascals?

Surely there must be a way for Amex to demand answers from this bogus company?
Obviously there is NO DOCUMENTATION that can be given to yourselves because the Merchant has avoided supplying any: the merchants simply takes the money and runs away after sending ridiculously incorrect items
Amex is obviously providing the platform for this merchant's abusive activities and should surely be liable.
They are entirely huge numbers of negative reviews on TrustPilot reporting the very same problems bear witn
to the total unsuitability of
this merchant to its viability altogether.

Fake invoices and rude service

This company sent me a fake invoice for products I had never ordered nor purchased ever. My polite message about this error was responded to by a rude message blocking me forever from their obviously awful services. Good riddance!
What a woolly response to my honest review. Nothing clarified, everything of note ignored. The ideal way to lose potential customers.

For accounting and compliance purposes, our system requires that all goods leaving our business are accompanied by an invoice, even when no cost is involved.

Sign in and security issues

Absolutely abominable - sign in and security issues all over the place. Can they be trusted?
I’m now told this is a different business. My comments still apply to the appropriate LinkedIn app people which is truly abominable.
This organisation appears to hide behind others with similar names in order to avoid responsibility and accountability for its failings.
Review will NOT be removed under any circumstances until the review is appropriately transferred to the company that is behind all this trouble and is apparently masquerading behind the name of THIS company. No exceptions.
