This Useless Parcel Service UPS are the worst couriers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have now had two high value parcels stolen (by staff?) whilst in their possession. In future, if an online seller uses UPS and does not provide an alternative courier, I will not place any order with them. UPS are totally dysfunctional, obviously employ dodgy staff, tell lies and cannot be trusted. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Fantastic price through Groupon for Office 2024 Professional. Very clear instructions provided by Rcsoftware of what to do prior to downloading the software and afterwards. The automatic download facility on their website did not function on my Windows 10 PC but they responded very quickly to the alternative way of downloading by an email request and receiving and downloading the software went very smoothly.

Once you have first purchased your motor insurance through MSM, on renewal they check other insurers to get you the best price saving you hours of time entering all the relevant details on numerous websites which, just adds to the number of emails you will get 12 months later. Through MSM I have saved over £80 at this renewal and are with the same insurance company with the same level of cover. Very helpful.

Superb customer service and very competitive pricing. Delivery is normally the following day by DX which from North Wales to Kent is better than first class post! If any problems arise, they are very quickly resolved. I have purchased a number of batteries from Tayna Batteries over the years and can thoroughly recommend them. They are such nice people to deal with.
