They need to make a no star button for UPS
They need to make a no star button specially for this Company. The next time I see UPS as the only delivery option, I will just order at another store. All stores need to stop working with this low quality company, there are enough better delivery companies. The day before The 1st delivery attempt they say delivery will be at the end of the day. On the day of delivery I see the app around 10 oclock it changed delivery to between 11:15 and 15:00, I rushed to be 11:15 at home just to see in my mailbox that the driver was at 11:05. Then the 2nd attempt the next day says the same time just to change it at 7:30 to delivery between 8:30 and 12:15, I stay at home all that time nothing of my package I call UPS around 14:00, they say maybe the driver has alot of packages so maybe I need to wait till 19:00. They don't have respect for no ones time. I've never experienced such a bad service in my life.
