Unacceptable way of working

I had a dreadful experience with PostNL delivery. I was waiting for an important parcel but I didn’t receive any notification from PostNL whatsoever—no email, no message, nothing in my physical mailbox. After an entire week went by with no update, I checked the Track & Trace link from my order out of sheer luck, and discovered that my parcel had been delivered to a service point because, according to PostNL, I was “not at home”. This is absolutely false—I was home at the time it's written they tried, and not once did anyone attempt delivery or leave any communication. The lack of effort and zero notification from PostNL is unacceptable.
Because of PostNL’s failure to notify me and their unwillingness to actually attempt delivery, I wasted an entire week waiting for an important package that I urgently needed. This kind of customer service is just appalling, and it completely ruined my plans. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on PostNL for deliveries.

Review of DHL

Low level of commitment

I had an absolutely terrible experience with DHL’s delivery service. I was expecting an important parcel and specifically stayed at home the whole day, since DHL committed to deliver on that date. But in the evening, I shockingly received an email claiming that DHL "tried to deliver" but I wasn’t at home. This is simply untrue—I didn’t leave my place once, and was even reading the notification while sitting at home. No one ever rang the bell, called me, or made any genuine attempt to deliver.
Instead of actually trying to deliver my package, DHL just decided to dump it at a service point next day without asking for my opinion or making a real effort. This level of customer "service" is just horrible. It completely ruined my plans, as I needed the delivery that very day and planned accordingly.

Terrible Experience Every Single Time – Avoid Using UPS!

I strongly advise everyone to avoid using UPS for deliveries. Every time I had a package scheduled for home delivery, I made sure to stay at home and wait. Yet, UPS never even attempted to deliver to my door – instead, without notice, they always dropped my parcel off at some random access point. This has happened to me every single time I’ve used UPS, and it’s incredibly frustrating. Their attitude towards customers is awful; they don’t seem to care at all about providing proper service. I haven’t had these problems with any other delivery company. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different courier!

Fraudulent company policy regarding car insurance

Overall i got a car but it was huge issue with an insurance where i spent extra money for new insurance from car rental. I booked a car via economy bookings on Madeira with full coverage insurance as i do always because don't want even to think about any possible damages, theft or whatever. Story started when it i was at pick up desk of rental company where i was asked if i want insurance coverage. I was surprised of it but long story short. Economy bookings did fraudulent action and giving misleading information where they stating that car was booked with full insurance. In fact it was third party insurance with excess of up to 1700EUR that's what "Full coverage" for economy bookings and that's what i think misleading. Eventually i had to buy a real full coverage insurance from rental company. I tried to explain my case to economy bookings my case and that i want my money for insurance, that's the only answer i got "As you have taken our Full Coverage option, your excess is covered by this product in case of an insurable event up to a maximum amount of 1 700 EUR." and then they started ignoring me. Awful experience of the support, fraudulent car insurance policy of the company. Will never do it again and not suggesting because at the end the prices at the company which i rented were the same but the process much more transparent and honest.
