Unacceptable way of working
I had a dreadful experience with PostNL delivery. I was waiting for an important parcel but I didn’t receive any notification from PostNL whatsoever—no email, no message, nothing in my physical mailbox. After an entire week went by with no update, I checked the Track & Trace link from my order out of sheer luck, and discovered that my parcel had been delivered to a service point because, according to PostNL, I was “not at home”. This is absolutely false—I was home at the time it's written they tried, and not once did anyone attempt delivery or leave any communication. The lack of effort and zero notification from PostNL is unacceptable.
Because of PostNL’s failure to notify me and their unwillingness to actually attempt delivery, I wasted an entire week waiting for an important package that I urgently needed. This kind of customer service is just appalling, and it completely ruined my plans. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on PostNL for deliveries.
