What a bunch of Not fit for purpose…

What a bunch of Not fit for purpose delivery drivers Co sent out the purchased part I paid express delivery to Rimmer who paid UPS. Supposed to be delivered on 23. 4 EMAILS with different delivery times and up to 8PM "what body shop is open at 8.30?" Then said tried to deliver, then changed their minds & said out for delivery 8.30 to 1.30, then changed their minds and said the driver tried to deliver it at 14.00!!! Then when I rang them they said We need the address, which it turns out they had already. So message for UPS Give your drivers the CUSTOMERS MOBILE NO. So that they if needed can contact the delivery address. And after reading the reviews of UPS They are not FIT FOR PURPOSE they might as well go fishing

Why do the financial institutes expect…

Why do the financial institutes expect us seniors to have PRINTERS to print off ststements...AND NO we WON'T ask our kids. I'm accusing you of being ageist by NOT supplying CHOICE to senior people, I doubt if the Nationwide will miss the amount of money paid to send paper statements & If it does RECLAIM it from your taxes.

I believe LLoyds Bank are guilty of…

I believe LLoyds Bank are guilty of being ageist, because they expect people who are elderly, infirm, lack knowledge, lack the funds to buy a printer, and those who simply Do not understand online banking & want PAPER STATEMENTS DELIVERED to their door. Not too much t ask when you think we GIVE our money to them! I no longer have a printer like many ordinary senior living beings & I do not want the expense of buying one. Therefore I want my paper statements instigated as soon as possible from today. All 3 reps of LLoyds have said "Yeah Sure" Well lets see you action the "Yeah" Send thse of us who want apaer billing to our homes. LLoyds bank controlled by Central Bank Do NOT need that little profit.

Here is a repeat of another "CONNED"…

Here is a repeat of another "CONNED" tourist in Hastings. After AGODA advertised a HOTEL Grand Hastings WITH MISREPRESENTED PICTURES & text which says says "Dining, Bar, Free parking. The OWNER of the hotel a man in his 90's easily has responded with Vile text in Capitals. But AGODA & they're booking partners ARE responsible for NOT ensuring the ad was not Misleading which it was on a GRAND scale. I have now reported this to the Dept of Culture & media & the Tourist Board In UK. This old man is disillusional & perhaps sight challenged as he couldn't recognise HIS own hotel. I insist AGODA reveals who the Booking Partner is so this FRAUDULENT misrepresentation can be stopped immediately. For anyone looking at Agoda or Booking.com the PICTURES representing Grand Hastings is all FRAUD. Stay clear. Ogada YOU are responsible for Abetting THE OWNERS LIES.

GIVE THE CORRECT DELIVERY TIMES

Ordered a book with e-bays description of 3-5 days delivery. That was 19 days ago. I'm upset as it was a birthday present for 11 June. They at rarewaves said it's ebays fault then said it will asrrive in the "estimated" time! How do they know the estimated time if they left it up to E-BAY??? Not happy.

I'm sure JML "MIGHT" be a great company…

Unless JML SORTS out their officious staff I wont purchase there any more and I want a refund on the faulty item I have returned. I'm sure JML "MIGHT" be a great company but while they have officious customer service personal like the woman Who dealt with my complaint at the helm, it's not OK EVER. The item is guaranteed for 1 year & the officious woman says I'm lying that it does work! Wrong!. After sending back the "Power washer" because it would only work Intermittently and for a period of no more then 10 seconds after it's initial 9th week. It is no good unless it works EVERY time I pull the trigger for WHATEVER period I choose. Also the hose that attaches to device is CHEAP & BENDS constantly so needs reinforcing. This item is Advertised as a "POWER WASHER" it's a drible washer and then a NON FUNCTIONING device, no washer. This officious woman tells me the device has been received and "thoroughly" test and there is nothing wrong with it!...Do you get this? She is contradicting me using this not-fit-for-purpose item. People return things because they DO NOT WORK EFFICENTLY AS ADVERTISED! And this one is faulty therefore as an unfit faulty item I'm returning it. I do not expect to be met with hostilities from their online staff. The advertising should be honest & open and declare whether it's fit for constant or intermediary work and spraying isn't regarded as heavy work!!!
The overbearing Officious woman said she is sending the faulty item right back! She needs to read the Consumer act 2015. If this overbearing dictator takes things into her own hands I will have no alternative but to take further action. And I suggest that WOMAN remembers HER wages are being paid by the SATISFIED CUSTOMERS who shop at JML & BECAUSE OF US they stay in business. John Mills that owner needs to choose carefully the staff who gives his busibess a bad name.

You had contacted us some time later to report a fault where upon thorough testing it was concluded that the item was functioning as it should, so was therefore returned to you. We cannot offer a refund for this now as this would be classed as buyer's remorse. This is within our Terms and Conditions.

What a bunch of incompetent buffoons…

What a bunch of incompetent buffoons masquerading as professionals. I challenged a alleged parking offence(Plymouth City council) stating they had sold an alleged debt to a Debt collector Pastdue credit, they responded they NEVER partner with any debt collectors! EH?? So why did I get a letter from them when the PCC Have already said they they dismissed it. I was advised by RYAN at pastdue to send authority for my wife to deal with it. I did, and this was the reply email back "RE: ***SPAM*** alleged offence " I'm a bot.....Ringing after the email of authority was sent she spoke to them again this time Clarke who kept interrupting her stating NO Email of authority had arrived....Something DID OTHERWISE THE STUPID Bot Couldn't have responded ....Could it? PASTDUE you are breaking the law by having my private information I suggest you go to DVLA The delivers of MISINFORMATION initially AND INFORM them Plymouth has dismissed the charges. And next time GET A NON BUFFOON HUMAN to do the talking with the ALLEGED client.

Royal Mail, Shame on you the directors & ceo's the highest COURT IN THE LAND RM can't deliver......Why not?
I have been waiting for a letter from JML which they said they posted out 3 TIMES so why haven't I received it? 4 times I had to request PRINTED LABEL THAT'S f o u r TIMES...WHY, BECAUSE OF THE DEVICES OR the staff manning them....Get your act together. Time to get rid of Shareholders.

The power washer I purchased in March…

The power washer I purchased in March is defunct so I asked JML to replace it or refund. They said Yes we'll send a printed label so that you can return it use Royal Mail for a label I don't have a printer another 5 days days passed spoke to another rep of JML that was F I V E (5) days ago, she said "I'll send the label out 1st class post 5 days ago? So JML after paying £57(appx) inc. pnp I'm still waiting and the guarantee of 1 year is rinning out can you SEND THE LABEL.

Is royal mail devoid of common sense?
I booked a Printed Label to be delivered to my home for a commercial item to be picked up. I STATED ON 3 OCCASIONS I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER and they SENT ME FOR THE 3RD Time a label to PRINT OFF....Although the message from RM Says you Free label is doen for Saturday & collection? GOD Give me strength. So Royal Mail either get a site that delivers what you have PUT IN PLACE If I've chosen BRING ME LABEL why ARE YOU sending it in an EMAIL TO PRINT?

Despite showing PROOF that I was not…

Despite showing PROOF that I was not the car owner on 4/11/24 on an alleged parking contravention and sending photographic evidence then followed up by 3 calls sending email to S Ashley, C Joy & a conversation with someone called Sean in the sleepy dept that is Parking. They are in breach by selling my private information to a debt collector and becuase of that, in commerce I have been harmed, and for which I expect retribution from Portsmougth Council.
