Placed order on Saturday will be Friday

I placed an order on Saturday, which was dispatched. I should have received my package today..
I had to make a payment, but the CVC space would not accept my card. I called the bank, they checked, and said it's UPS' end.
Took an hour and a half to be driven mad knowing that they are making a shambles of the delivery.
Maybe, just maybe, can someone get their finger out!
Pity DHS Spares only use this incompetent carrier!


As of today still no sign of the boiler parts which I should have had 2 days ago.
It would be faster to send it on a snail's back.

Thinking of using a courier, make sure DON’T USE UPS!

UPS is running an extortion racket demanding money to ship a parcel to NI. They are claiming that the duty should be paid.
I will be raising this with our parliament and MP's and ask for a police investigation.

You have been warned that UPS will defraud you and claim you must pay duty when you don't have to.

An update I have contacted Customs and Excise about slapping duty on my parcel, which was exempt.
Wonder how many have been ripped off?

DHS Spares needs a new Courier Company

I made the mistake of having to order parts for a boiler repair! Dispatch by DHS, the person there was very helpful.
Then UPS was to ship it! Got notification it was in NI and just paid £19.68, and I will get my parcel.
It was an hour and a half trying to make the payment, as their payment portal was screwed up. When you enter the CCV it is rejected. I called my bank, and there's nothing wrong with the card.

Royal Mail seems to be rife of thefts

Royal Mail seems to be rife of thefts! Sorry to those who are honest.
Ordered a code reader engine management.
Waited 3 days, the tracking said the item was going to be delivered this morning.
When u drive up the driveway my phone would chime alerting me someone is arriving. No chime happened.
When I seen the phone telling me the package had been delivered I went to the front door. No package to be seen, walked round the house and barn, no package delivered. Checked CCTV no vehicle had been on the property.
The courier and Amazon could not produce a picture that related to my house.
It’s clear Amazon is turning into the same shambles as Royal.
Another week wasted!

I need to order a part for pensioners urgently!

I need to order a part for pensioners' WC, 18th March 2 -day delivery. 26th March still not arrived, contacted the sender awaiting an answer. Tried to speak to a human, not a chance in HELL!
Tracking records it 18th March 7:56 18/3, then 18Mar 17:19. Then Mar 20 8:59 item received at their depot.

Yesterday ordered another item, it arrived 9.35, what to hell is going on!

Good Boilers, Disaster of support after purchase!

As a gas engineer, we find Viessmann are a nightmare for support. No manuals are available, they rarely answer the telephone to provide support.

The boilers are great but once a problem a nightmare. They have not been able to provide plate heat exchangers due to hoses-shedding rubber which then blocks plates and heat exchangers.

Due to the lack of support, a pensioner since last Wednesday week was admitted to hospital and returned to the empty home with no heat. Been trying to get a bit of tech support but all you get is the mind-numbing music.

I am trying to get other jobs done so I don't hours to pray to get a response. 18 minutes waiting for an answer.

Got an hour to kill, that’s how long for telephone hold. Don’t buy form them

Had a customer who’s Stuart and Turner twin impeller pump was trying to run on when the shower was turned off.
Diagnosed reed switch faulty.
Now when you try to call them they must only have 1 person on the phone, an hour and a half I finally got through, they were totally useless.
Reading some of the blurb it appears a whole new crowd of free loading management are totally screwing up what was a decent company.
My advice problem with Stuart and Turner shower pump throw it in the bin and buy a Grundfos!

Go Compare is a total and utter…

Go Compare is a total and utter disaster!

We were changed ownership from father to daughter as she was going to be the main driver and she was taking over the insurance, tax etc.

We thought we would be able to obtain a quotation but of course Go Compare is a disaster, she entered her email and tried to input her password.

No not allowed in as I have van quotes you can't get insurance.

So if you are reading this and being treated by the Nazi party insurance company go elsewhere and buy from a company.

Once a company to buy from not…

Once a company to buy from not radioactive!

Needed fixings for a rush job, called call centre as Belfast centre telephone number is a national secret.

Yeah Belfast has a box but only one, call them. Well got secret number, ring ring, no answer?

So have to drive across town, arrive, “Oh computers down can’t do the sale!”

I asked with two here why didn’t you pickup the phone. Blank stare.

The product quality is good but when it…

The product quality is good but when it comes to tech support they are a zero. Over one hour holds and never get to speak to a human.

As an installer you are left sitting scratching sitting billing customers wondering if there is anyone answering the tech line or are the people ahead on the queue just giving up and hanging up after hours of waiting.

Leave a number and the team might call you back, great so leave number, leave and drive away from customer who’s products aren’t working to maybe get a call 2-5 hours later when you are fifty miles away to start and resolve the problem you are no where near.

Over an hour waiting finally the call rings 4 times and I am dumped back into the bloody music.

Only glad the don’t do fire service or ambulance!

Godaddy Scamming, Cowboys, fake reviews

Well it looks like Godaddy buy fake reviews again.
Been with Godaddy 12 years but what once worked and you got support has gone to hell.
GOdaddy with Microsoft decided to extort more money from customers with the launch of the nuclear weapon 365. Now you are to be fleeced from each email account, no warning cut off your email account to supposedly upgrade.
I have been cut off from my emails since Nov2022, call for support they don't have a clue. I bought basic 365 essential this was to get you email, well it never worked, spends more time crashing. I finally got 1 email working after 8 weeks shut out and the 2nd a week ago.
Then out look craps itself and need to recover files, can't do that and start a recovery process that then erases 365 off the PC and refuses to reinstall as I don't have a license? I bought from GOdaddy.
Had enough I call and say I want all my emails away from you bunch of sweat shop half wits. Oh this will take 7-10 days, that way we can get an extra months billing.
These people have turned into the Wild West Scamming Cowboys of the internet.

Wilful Mental Torture

Microsoft has chosen to subject me to mental torture, 365 is the most toxic programme, constantly crashing, now 130 hours on still not working, claims I am unlicensed, kicking me out ever 2 minutes.
I have a full paid business essentials and supposedly meant to get support but all I get on the phone are a voice that doesn't have a clue and don't like raised voices when you are screaming you bunch of plebs are destroying my business.
I will inquiring with an ambulance chasing solicitor if I can sue for deliberate mental distress wilfully inflicted by Microsoft.
Even the date input doesn't work on Trustpilot

Good Product, Poor stock held and aftersales, Hmm!

Where to start, lack of availability in NI, had to do 70 mile round trip to pickup two. Flue accessories very poor stockage in NI. Lucky for me they use the same flue system as Atag gas boilers.

Got the second fitted but the fragile air intake tube cracked, duct taped it up, texted customers address, postcode, serial number to rep to get it sorted under warranty.

This morning Navien have done dam all, the local rep has told service there is a call but never passed on serial number so they are sitting there scratching.

Random numbers keep appearing but not answering as they are some indian trying to scam you or do you want a website.

The Navien website keeps going to US so cant log anything there.

I fitted the very 1st in NI but the aftersales and internal communication is VERY POOR!

As a product better than average but the position of the plastic air intake tube and its lack of flexibility means in shipping it is venerable to damage.

It doesn't look good on a new appliance to have to use duct tape to repair it.

Shambles of customer support! 2 months to reply!

Well having problems sending text messages not sending to some people. No problem just use the phone and get support or so you would think!
I called yesterday and today, you call the number, you then select who was a business they bought over, I select Rainbow, the message starts and whilst listening both times it sounds like some is dialing out. The phone starts to ring thinking now I will get help, ring ring, then it changes and rings again and you get a person who cannot help you but,”I will take the details as we have a minuscule support department and we don’t give a dam and we will call you when it suits us!”
That’s great so when your 1 support person calls and I am in a meeting or on site with others I am expected to stop dead to maybe get a bit of help.
Clearly under rescoured and in capable of providing support unless you clear your whole day and pray to get a call. Wanting support the. Radius is not a provider to select!

It’s interesting that you log a review on 19/1/23 and they only reply 29/3/23. The World could have been wiped out in the elapsed time. Another good example of the total failure of any support. Time to start shopping around for a provider with support!

Anna P screws up again and lies that it’s working!

Dear Anna P, despite your lies and fantasy that you say my emails are working they are not after 25 days!
Pre migration I had access to my emails on my iPhone and on Outlook programme.
Post feck up by Godaddy Outlook doesn’t work and refuses to take the settings. No emails work with my Iphone.
You migration team is only available after 3pm here so for an internet company that’s meant to be 24 hours Godaddy are a shambles. We get put through to sweat shop call centres where they don’t have a clue what’s wrong.
I am unable access suppliers incoming invoices for me to pay and you have disrupted my out going invoices affecting my business cash flow.
So Anna or who ever is writing this bull I have lost 27 hours of my time not earning, Microsoft tried to reach out to Godaddy but got no reply as they can’t understand what Godaddy has screwed up.
I don’t have the PST files requested!
The migration was to be seem less but it’s been a nuclear detention.
Godaddy believes that customers should pay for this level is abuse and damage?
If you are reading this avoid this company as they don’t have a clue about 365 and how it operates!
Place business with them at your peril!

Well 21 days on and still no support or working emails

Well 21 days on and still no help or support from Godaddy.
I have invoices I think as still sitting in webmail somewhere we cannot access, Godaddy does dam all to provide help and support.
No access to mail boxes to send or receive emails, you spend hours waiting to be linked to staff who don’t have a clue about what they are doing.
Got an email from UK CEO, most likely someone with a badge and nothing else who tells me my emails are working,”Bulls**t”
So anything with Godaddy, best get it moved quick before they screw you over too!
Godaddy emails will no longer work with outlook, or iPhone to receive emails.
I am expected to sign in separately to accounts and drag PDF’s around into separate applications.

Fedex, Cowboys of Shipping

I ordered a product and paid £80+ quid to get it from Glasgow to Belfast.
Seller provided tracking number.
Well as usual with Fedex tracking number NEVER EVER WORKS I think these are just dummy numbers that relate to nothing.
Of course you try the website which supposedly has a chat bot that can do dam all but patronise the customers until they give up.
Found a telephone number, knowing Fedex it was a 1 in a billon chance that someone would lift the phone. Rang it, ring, ring then they lift the phone and put it down.
They get the cash and then don't give a dam when or if ever it arrives in what busted condition.

Godaddy email hosting crashes and burns

Well the disaster of Godaddy continues.
I think I finally got the 1 person who knew something about Migration. In theory my emails are now in 365?
Now they email won’t work with outlook on the PC or my phone.
I am now expected to login to Microsoft mail boxes directly, then grab PDF of invoice, and type a greeting and do this for each customers invoice!
Godaddy say the Azure problem needs sorted by Microsoft support, Microsoft doesn’t have a clue what they are on about. Tried to setup a 3 way call but as usual Godaddy wait time is over 60 minutes.
Some customer service.
If you are in Europe there is no migration support until 3pm. No one can do anything about migration.
Godaddy board is fiddling while customers businesses are wrecked!
If you are an investor, better cash out soon.
Jesus, 10 days since you crippled my business 18 hours of chasing my tail with promises of call backs which never come. I am not allowed to be frustrated whilst losing money hand over fist due to Godaddys incompetence. I am facing legal action over house sale chains collapsing by you cutting me off. You don’t have sufficient staff for migration which is not available in the UK until 3pm each day.
I have drafted correspondence for the board and someone needs fired!
Website hosting, email, SEO, Domains, Godaddy is now TOXIC to BUSINESS!

Now having the patronising response from Godaddy Microsoft again yesterday emailed Godaddy and copied me in to understand what Godaddy is claim is wrong. Still no email communication available to my business day 13.
But of course its 10.27 am UK time and they don't start work till 3pm UK time.
The speed of response is better suited to an undertaker business rather than web based.
Investors time to cash out as this business is going down in flames.
PS, for every bad review they bombarb others with spam to post a positive reviews.

GoDaddy, Guaranteed to cripple your business

GoDaddy, the firm with maybe 1 or 2 support staff with the patronising Yankee voice promising to exceed your expectations. With no warning GoDaddy cut off all my business email on the 30/11/2022, called and spoke to Diana who promised a call back. As per usual GODADDY never do anything they promise to do.

SO running a small business I sit on my ass twiddling my thumbs all day with nothing to do and try to call to sort the problem, to speak to GODADDY you have to spend 5 minutes trying to select something from the switchboard, once selected you can expect a 60 minute wait to maybe get through to a homo sapien.

GoDaddy has decreed that Workspace Email is getting nuked and they have cut me off. Most likely in amongst all the email crap they send that goes direct to bin.
So two house sale chains have collapsed as I could not forward the certificates.
I am unable to send out invoices but left to drive round to hand deliver them as Royal Mail has a 8 day back log in the post.
If you are thinking of somewhere to get web and email services best find an alternative provider as GoDaddy will cripple your business and charge you for pleasure.

So after another 45 minute hold and another 1 hour and 7 minutes the line drops out. I call back, annoying jazz music with the annoying Yankee voice espousing GoDaddys disasters and speak to someone who can do nothing and try and pass me to a migration team who I have to hold for another 45 minutes till they come in????? Clearly outsourced to cheap labour sweatshop somewhere on this planet.

As usual the line drops due to their shoddy IP Phone network to connect to the sweat shop call centres.

Call again another 35 minutes or mind numbing music and patronising Yankee voice. God I want to commit suicide to end this Hell!

So I have been told to go to hell, business communication cut off without warning when they decided without any arrangement and maybe in the next week to two they might get their finger out.

The soon I get access and move everything to somewhere else the better.

Use GoDaddy at your peril, don't expect support in any form and everything else is down to procedure and you can't talk to anyone in management only the battery chicken centre.

Well today back on with Godaddy, get through to another person who can't sort any of the issues created by GoDaddy nuke attack on my emails supposedly to migrate to 365. Holding 20 minutes of annoying music but at least the Yankee voice isn't patronising about the shambles of their service.

PS. Trustpilot and GoDaddy deliberately to try and block reviews as you have to receive a code to leave a review, Trustpilot protecting reputations of shoddy service providers, money talks and bad reviews walk
