Cannot rate any worse. They have my delivery in Southampton for 3 days and is not moving. Tracking on their website is a joke. It keeps telling me it is on its way. Asking the chatbot what is happening just tells me to be patient . It is not possible to speak to anyone or contact them via email. A total disgrace

As always,coffee is first rate,and delivery service is now back to what it was. Have recently changed to Vertuo,and it has taken some time to resolve which capsules we prefer . Due to the process,the coffee seems stronger than standard capsules,but now settled on our preference.

First rate service from Currys. After many problems with new LG TV and sound bar, both changed and again faulty.Returned to Currys and started again. Very helpful staff member Rob painstakingly went through all the documentation to unscramble,and then arranged for a new 2025 Samsung TV and sound bar to be delivered on Friday. No hassle, and no problems. Admittedly, we spent a lot more money, but feel confident with our choice. Currys staff are serious about their jobs but still have a friendly approachable manner and sense of humour. Well done Currys. We will be back!!

Very poor service. Had a new TV and sound bar 24th June and all working fine. After power cut HDMI ports not working. Currys changed first sound bar and then TV as TV still did not detect new sound bar. New TV connected no problem. Turned off power to set up surge protector, and when turned back on same problem. After nearly an hour online with LG they agreed the HDMI ports had failed yet again. This is absolutely disgusting for new equipment. I am now going to ask for a full refund and buy another make. Will never ever buy LG again.

We bought an LG TV and sound bar three weeks ago from out local store (2425). After a power cut, it appeared that the sound bar was not working. After contacting Currys a replacement was organised, but sadly when connected it seemed that the TV was at fault. I contacted Care services and after checking they agreed to a replacement. I explained that we are both in our mid eighties and are unable to return the TV as we are unable to lift and no longer have the box. Someone from the online crew raised a Returns note 1524291786. After hearing nothing in 3 days I rang care line again, but did not get any help. They said that they would contact the store again. I am most disappointed in Currys as we have bought many items and had nothing but first rate service. This time, however, I cannot get anyone to understand that we need to have the set replaced. Each time I ring I seem to go around and around with no progress to resolving the isssue.Please can someone help?
New set delivered today, as promised, by Currys,and it all connected simply, as it should be. Local store staff in Worthing were, as always,most helpful, and we cannot really fault them. The delivery of the replacement set was as promised, but the drivers had not been told we had no box, nor that they had to disconnect and reinstall new set. I was left with set on the floor and had to get someone to install it for me. Currys staff are always most helpful, but the system does not appear to be set up to handle problems like this. Cannot fault Currys in their replacement process, but it needs to be refined to help customers like my wife and I who are unable to lift, and are not technically able to set these things up. Despite this setback, we will have no problem using Currys again, as we particularly like the polite, helpful staff in our local store.

Generally they do what they say, and the delivery by DPD in this area is excellent. Standards of coffee are great, with a wide choice, but having just changed my machine to Vertuo, choice not as good as yet. Since latest app and system updates, I have found that my status, altough unchanged, shows that I have only been member since 2022, when I started a suscription account, whereas in fact I joined Nespresso in 2006. Still, that aside coffee is the best!

Well made solid cameras.Some problems with setting up,mostly due to me, but email to them provided superb response and help. Quality of recordings is excellent. Good entry level basic system. Much better quality recordings than other systems I have seen. Helpline people are unfailingly helpful and polite, and provide service beyond that provided by most customer service.

Solid feeling cameras. One connected with no problems, but lots of trouble with second. After emailing support and following their advice, it was decided that it needed to be returned as faulty. Relatively easy returns process, and kept informed. Now awaiting replacement. Good quality videos. Only problem is very slow to wake up, and keep getting network error, despite apparently good WIFI,so have ordered WIFI pod to boost. With my usage, I believe batteries will last about two to three weeks.

Super service and pleasant helful staff. Had major problems with Beko dishwasher starting 3 weeks after delivery. Several visits by engineer found still more faults. AO staff got involved, rang me back and set up 3 way call with Beko, who were very unhelpful. AO staff took over, and stepped in to resolve the situation. Very very helpful staff , who really understand the meaning of customer service. I ordered a new machine, and AO are dealing with all else. I may need other equipment, so have become a member. First rate service from people who actually care about the customer. Cannot recommend too highly.

I am updating my review. After Several weeeks my dishwasher stopped heating the water to such a degree that the pots always came out lukewarm and still wet. After 4 repair visits yet another problem found. At this point we decided enough was enough. Beko response was atrocious. They told me that as the,machine was over 30 days old and so could only be repaired, or replaced, and money back was not a possibility. In discussions with the supplier, they are collecting and replacing the machine with a new one of a different make that I have ordered. NO fuss, no problems. Beko could learn from this. I will never buy another Beko machine again.

Had online chat to ask about possibility of smart meter for my gas. This was to avoid having to keep submitting readings.Was told by SSE when we had smart electric meter fitted that it was not possible to fit smart gas meter as it was too far away.
Very helpful customer service said that it was possible, and would I like to arrange. Several dates given within a few days, so arranged. Fitter arrived exactly when he said, was very polite and informative, and after a quick check confirmed my electric meter was fine. Old gas meter removed and very neat new meter fitted within an hour. Gas supply to boiler checked, and signed off as working, swiftly and very politely. Confirmed my IHD was connected and working. Organised and tidy fitter. Very impressed. Have always found customer service to be on the ball, and very helpful. Well done, and thank you.
