I phoned customer services and spoke to Tracey about an order i was going to place. I recieved excellent customer service from Tracey, who was so helpful and generous.

Before placing an order, I had a very useful call with customer service who helped me figure out if the chairs I wanted to order were right for me. The delivery was also very efficient.

The response time was outstanding, and Tracey solved my issue and came back to me with a couple of hours with clear communications on next steps.

Beautiful item, quick delivery and table was really well packaged to avoid any damage. Table arrived really quickly so could start enjoying it faster than expected!
