Personal and excellent customer service

I have been using estrid for a couple of years. I subscribe to their blades and deodorant.
The products are original, quality and stylish!
However it's the customer service that really stands out! Every time I have contacted them for various reasons. They are quick to respond and have always dealt with everything promptly and professionally, nothing is an issue.

Exceptional!

I stumbled upon tikamoon whilst scrolling Instagram and looking for furniture ideas for my new home.
I biught some bed some bedside tables from you, and I was so so pleased with the quality, the look, the originality, the customer service, the delivery choice, and the packing.
I was so happy I decided to buy the matching TV unit! Can not fault you guys. I've had so many compliments already. Thank you!

Wow!

Wow! Just like the advert claims. Unbelievably comfy!
I had a long day walking in sandles, and my feet were a bit achy to say the least! When I got home I put my feet in these to walk to the bathroom, and it was bliss!
I sized down slightly. Normally a 6 to 7, but bought the 5.5 to 6.

Yasmin to the rescue!

Overall I am very happy with my experience with Chillisauce, and the service I received from the two members of the team that I was in communication with.
I was due a refund for a cancelled hen do, which happened because of CO-VID. I believe I was the last person to receive this redund from my whole group.
I think the delay was due to an excited card.
I had begun communicating with Raj via email and telephone, his service was always very friendly and helpful. During this time Raj was put into furlough and still took the time to return my emails, which is the epitome of 'above and beyond' customer service.

My main dealings were with Yasmin, and her customer service was exceptional. She always took the time to reply to emails and talk to me on the phone and had great patience and tact resolve my issue. A follow up email was given as well to make sure I was happy with everything.

I work in the hospitality industry and can appreciate taking the time for customers.

Thank you again to all who helped. Would be very happy to use this service again.
