Not happy

Not happy, received some expensive coins from the royal mint, supposedly signature on delivery, but they were handed to a workman in the house with no signature required.

I'm incredibly sorry to hear this valuable shipment was delivered without a signature being attained. Your concerns are completely justified, as this isn't the level of service you would expect on our network.

Unfortunately, as you've not provided any references within the relevant field, I can't attain any of the shipment information I'm afraid.

I’ve awarded a single star simply because It’s not possible to award zero stars.
Curt and uncaring staff at Brentwood test centre. We booked a fit to fly PCR with results guaranteed by midnight. My results came through at 5:15am. My partner’s results didn’t come through until 8:35am and that was only after I’d persevered calling customer services and politely insisting that they expedite things.
Please pay attention to the negative reviews on here, it’s not just your money at risk, it’s your holiday.

1/1/22 - updated following DAM Healthcare response: My contract with you was made before you updated your website to 24 hours response. I had a contract with you for results by midnight. Under English law, my contract with you remains in force until either you or I, notify the other party of a change and that change is accepted by the other party. These are not circumstances outside of your control; YOU own the laboratory where the samples are analysed, YOU control the numbers. It pure and simple greed.

"Due to the recent changes in government guidelines we have experienced unprecedented volumes of tests.

Any tests booked after Midnight 15th December will have a guaranteed turn around time of 24 HOURS.

We ask everyone with an existent booking to be patient with us, we will endeavour to have your result with you before midnight on the day of your booking.

You can now amend your own booking via the customer portal on our website. Please ensure you use the email address registered to your booking."

We are very sorry that you had this poor experience with us. Our mission is to ensure that you get your results with little hassle. However, factors beyond our control can disrupt this process in some cases.
