Thank you Lucie for your service

I recently purchased two bedside tables and upon opening the box, I discovered that one of them was severely damaged and beyond repair. I reported this issue immediately.

To my surprise, customer support offered a £40 refund if I kept the damaged item. I found this response disappointing and unacceptable, especially given their reputation for high-quality products and service.

However, Lucie assisted me when I called and she immediately sent a new one and collected the broken item. Thank you Lucie!

Definitely recommend the Stow Brothers

I had a fantastic experience with The Stow Brothers. Will was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and always provided reassurance throughout the process. In the second phase, Mia, the Sales Progressor, was an absolute star—she supported us immensely. Selling and buying a home can be extremely stressful, but she was consistently on top of everything. We’re truly grateful to have had such amazing people supporting us.
