I recently purchased two bedside tables and upon opening the box, I discovered that one of them was severely damaged and beyond repair. I reported this issue immediately.
To my surprise, customer support offered a £40 refund if I kept the damaged item. I found this response disappointing and unacceptable, especially given their reputation for high-quality products and service.
However, Lucie assisted me when I called and she immediately sent a new one and collected the broken item. Thank you Lucie!
