Very happy with our order

Very happy with our order. The tv unit we bought was perfect for the space and came beautifully packaged. The piece went on sale basically straight after we bought it but upon emailing the customer services team they refunded the difference. Stellar customer service and furniture!

Carelessly returned documents

The service provided was fine, however when the important documents were returned to us they were put in an envelope that didn’t allow the full address to be viewed. Our post lady had to rip the address window to view the first line of the address. I contacted IWC to advise them of this issue and have been ignored (contacted 06/07 and still no response 03/08 when replies were received very quickly previously)

The medallion stamp was fine and came through quickly but as the documents were returned carelessly I wouldn’t use them again. Copies of bank statements, passports and various other copies of documents holding sensitive information could have ended up anywhere.

I understand the service was provided within timescale for the price quoted, this was not in question. I believe I portrayed correctly within my review the service was fine for the stamp and quick. The issue was due to the return of the documents, I refute your comments regarding the postal service chosen for return, as this has no bearing on the complaint regarding envelope/return.
The point I am making has been missed, again I will explain. As you know, the documents returned to me included sensitive personal information. Therefore, returning in the way you have (envelope with no first line of address viewable) is careless.

You may view this as a harsh review, however, I stand by what has been said. You have every right to defend your business, as you have, but I think the nature of your comment regarding premium return option shows you haven’t understood why I have left a review and attempting to attack my choices does nothing to excuse the facts.

I gave the business the benefit of the doubt to apologise for the mailing issue, via email alerting you to the problem. Your staff didn’t acknowledge this, therefore, benefit of the doubt rescinded - fair review based on the facts presented.

This is an extremely harsh review, we completed the service within the timescale promised, for the exact price quoted, all that has happened is during the postal process the documents moved slightly in the envelope window and maybe the envelope window needed a slight lift to see the full address. Very harsh. This does not warrant concern over your personal documents and if you have been that worried about such documents perhaps you would have upgraded to special delivery as opposed to relying on recorded delivery.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. 3 ‘failed delivery attempts’ with ‘cards left’ no attempts or cards. Went through the utter pharse of contacting them, to be told they were attempted, the driver location shows he was at my property and the photos too. Absolutely incorrect considering I have cctv on my full property, and my neighbour (across the road and down the street - not next door) came to me with cards for a delivery in my name. When I’ve asked for the delivery proof of attempts, they can’t supply this to me …. but can use it to take blame off themselves. Total joke. The item is a plaque for my recently deceased father, I hope your delivery driver enjoys it. Bunch of jobsworths.

Awful experience

Fridge freezer was supposed to get delivered, upon delivery the drivers said it couldn’t fit through my door. Once they left I measured myself, there was 2 inches to spare. Now having to wait until the refund comes in 5-7 working days before I can buy another. - which would be ok if I was updating a functional fridge freezer but I’m replacing one that isn’t working so I have no idea what I’m going to do until the refund comes through. All due to awful delivery drivers!

I had an old photo that was damaged in a fire. This was totally 100% restored to perfect quality.

Home broadband Staff work very quickly and efficiently. Sorted out the problem of a direct debit coming out and taking me overdrawn

Refunded the money and gave me the bank charges back. All while very empathetic and understanding.

Ridiculously bad company

Ridiculously bad company. Owned by the same people as littlewoods - need I go on.

Crappy call centres with premium rate numbers and unhelpful rude and obnoxious staff.

So if anything goes wrong - just deal with it don't bother calling. You will get hung up on - infuriated by lack of knowledge and respect.

Horrendously bad. Avoid like the plague.

Horrendously bad company. Never had good experiences with them. If anything goes wrong - for example a parcel doesn't get delivered, you have to ring them. Which is a premium rate number may I add, you get spoken to like absolute crap from agents within and outside of the U.K.

They hang up on you when you ask to speak to a manager or hang up on you if you, in my case, ask for advice or how to complain to get and issue sorted.
