The first delivery was lost as Yodel app did not recognise our new house and post code and we could not provide additional delivery instructions. No idea where it went as we attempted to redirect to a pick up point.
The app is not helpful and the customer teams take approx 45 min to answer calls. If it goes past 5pm the queue keeps repeating that the next available operator will take your call when clearly the team have all gone home.
When we did get through customer teams confirmed delivery on Thursday, then Friday then Saturday. It arrived eventually on Monday. I wasted hours of my life on calls and trying to speak to people - really stressful experience
