Matthew was brilliant and talked us through everything. He was extremely patient with us as we had our two small children with us and he showed us all options available.
It was a good Experience, Daniel was helpful and was not pushy at all.

Staff weren't in any way pushy, incredibly relaxed and polite, took their time explaining everything and ensured we had all the facts and that we took our time making each decision. A very pleasant experience all round!

Everything was explained very well, the
store assistant (didn’t get his name) also did a room plan which was really helpful. He also showed me a different chair in the range which better fitted my room and what I wanted. So a very good experience today.

The lady that served us was Georgeta,she gave us a couple of minutes to browse and then came over,she was very pleasant and very helpful.we knew what we wanted so purchased a sofa there and then.

We visited Sofology (Nottingham). The showroom was well set out. We found the sofa that we’d already viewed online. We met one of your colleagues Daniel Stratford, who answered all our questions and provided us with information about the sofas and delivery etc.
He also took us through the ordering process the next day. Daniel is a real asset to your business and we thank him for being informative, professional and friendly.

*AVOID Sofology store at GILTBROOK at all costs, buy elsewhere.
We ordered a high end sofa / suite, the salesman Matthew promised certain items would be included in the deal if we purchased, he lied and charged us in full when the invoice arrived by e mail after we left the store.
Called his manager Zenon to cancel, very abusive & derogatory saying his employee never offered the deal, we could not cancel (again another lie) AGGRESIVE, arrogant worse than car sales men attitude. And NO GTE delivery before Xmas as was advertised throughout the store, pressure sale place the order now might be a chance, told more likely after Xmas!
DO NOT BUY HERE, horrible place & people!

Visited the Nottingham store and we were greeted by both Matt and then Evie. Both staff members were brilliant. They were very informative and helpful. Matt initially provided information about the sofa including sizes, filling etc and Evie took our order when we later returned to store to purchase. We had to amend our order a day later and Evie dealt with this for us. All in all a smooth process. Looking forward to receiving our sofa.
