We visited Sofology (Nottingham). The showroom was well set out. We found the sofa that we’d already viewed online. We met one of your colleagues Daniel Stratford, who answered all our questions and provided us with information about the sofas and delivery etc.
He also took us through the ordering process the next day. Daniel is a real asset to your business and we thank him for being informative, professional and friendly.

Good product

The customer service was brilliant. I had a few problems with online booking (as I was using my iPhone) but Russell from your customer services was brilliant and stayed with me on the phone while I made the booking online. He also helped me to find better flights and gave useful suggestions.

Great customer service from Mark at the Tamworth branch. We were able to choose our carpet with ease. Everything was explained with a detailed breakdown of the cost. Would definitely recommend.
